Mr. S£im Citrus Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 First of all, I'm under the impression that podcasts were originally devised to be uploaded to iPods, so if I'm wrong on that concept, please square me away... Now then, is there any way to listen to podcasts in Windows?
GeneMean Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 Podcasts are simply mp3 (some apple-heads use AAC for features like bookmarking) files that can be sent via RSS to podcatching clients like iTunes or Juice to name a couple. Those will help sync to any mp3 player. You don't have to have an mp3 player to listen, just use winamp or wmp or whatever on your PC. If you don't want to fek around with podcatchers virtually everyone who has a podcast puts a direct link to their show(s) on their website. Mine's in my sig.
