CoD2 Freezing (Xbox 360)

Hey, does anyone know how to fix the problem with CoD2 freezing when trying to load either the last mission block for the Russians or the 2nd part of the El Alamein block for the British? I've DLed the patch that came out the first time I got on live (last Saturday) but it still just sits there on the load screen.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
