Guest caboose Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 Don't forget that great move 'The Whisper In The Wind'! Apart from the fact that it takes Jeff at least 2 seconds to steady himself on the top rope and his opponent coming to a standstill and waiting at least 3 secs for Jeff to execute the move, half the time the move doesn't connect and the opponent just falls over. Shit like that needs to be cut out of the WWE.
Guest Anglesault Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 *sigh* What? They were given the opportunity to worestle a non-tag, non-cruiser style match at Vengeance and had a good amount of time to do it in. And they stunk up the ring and got sent away for six weeks.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 like i said in the raw thread, Jeff Hardy is going to be part of a new flock. Raven has been getting moodier and 'quit' his announcing job. Jeff used some words with more than one syllable, that has to mean he's been hanging out with raven. His hair wasn't purple (i.e. gay) don't know what that means to the storyline i was just suprised. and the big sign: the WWE is intent on recreating the wrestling world of the mid to late 90's.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 If your going to recreate a mid-90's storyline, the Flock is probably one of if not the best one to do, because it doesn't rely on too many specific ppl. Aside from Raven and a few other guys (Kanyon, Richards, maybe Dreamer) you could put any guys who would fit, like Jeff Hardy. Whereas you couldn't do the nWo without Hall, Hogan and Nash (er...), and all of them are old and horribly untalented (IMO that is. I'm not getting into any of that). So if the WWF is so hellbent on recreating the mid-90's, what harm could the Flock REALLY do???
Guest Human Fly Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 ***SPOILER*** Well at Sunday Night Heat he hits Big Show with a chair in th emiddle of their match, so I guess right now his gimmick is going to be doing whatever he wants whenever he wants. Maybe he'll be fighting 'Taker on Mon. getting th ecrap beat out of him when all of the sudden he will bust out with a chair. It seems to me they are setting up another Hardys heel turn this time Jeff as a heel, but who knows.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted June 6, 2002 Report Posted June 6, 2002 betcha he attacks brock monday.
Guest muswp1 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I'm willing to bet that this might be the setup for Jeff joining Raven, the Flock reforming ( I'm sure there are 4-5 wrestlers on RAW that aren't busy), and Matt (and later Lita) feuding with Raven over Jeff. It would at least be interesting to watch (with good writing) and it would be good undercard fodder for a few months.
