Power cord troubles

I own a G4 iBook, and as of late, the power cord has been acting odd. Namely, making and breaking a current constantly. As of now, I type this sitting with my big toe under the cord, holding it into the position it should be in the socket doodad, and the problem is with the computer itself, as I've tried a new cord to no avail. Is there any sort of jimmying I can do to fix this?

 

For what it's worth, the warranty expired 12 days ago.

Call Apple. They may be able to help you out since you are so close to warranty expiration or take it to a Apple Store.
