Darthtiki 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 Hulk Hogan's Florida home for sale at $25 million By Robert Green Thu Jun 22, 6:18 PM ET A French-style, Florida Gulf Coast mansion belonging to wrestling star Hulk Hogan can be yours for a mere $25 million, his realtor said on Thursday. Hogan, 52, star of the cable TV reality series "Hogan Knows Best," put the 17,000-square-foot (1,579-square-meter) home on the market after he and his family moved into a $12 million Miami Beach home last month, Coldwell Banker Realtor Marcia Ellis said. The mansion has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a guest house, a four-car garage, a boat house with two docks and a pool and waterfall. It sits on a 2.3-acre plot in Belleair, near Tampa and St. Petersburg, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The home is the eighth most expensive on the market in the southern United States, according to Forbes Magazine. The roster is topped by a Palm Beach home listed for $125 million. Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, grew up in Tampa. He and his family had lived in the mansion since 1992.
