CanadianChris Posted July 6, 2006 Report Posted July 6, 2006 Ridiculous. Liriano not making the team is a travesty of the highest order. If he had 1 2/3 more innings to qualify, he'd be officially leading the league in ERA, WHIP, and K/9.
KingPK Posted July 6, 2006 Report Posted July 6, 2006 Hafner's hurt by having too many name 1B/DHs around him (Ortiz and Giambi) so he kind of flies under the radar a lot. But an All-Star team does NOT need three catchers.

Bored Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 There are a lot of people in the world who need to be punched in face right now.
Guest NYankees Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 Here are the stats for 2 catchers from the American League. Player A AVG .288 | HR 11 | RBI 45 | OBP .398 | SLG .483 Player B AVG. 322 HR 5 RBI 28 OPB .367 SLG .441 If you had guessed that player B, the fucking asshole who kicks people in the nuts to prove a point and has every teammate hates him be the All Star you guessed correctly. Sorry Jorge but in the words of Ozzie you should play better next year even though your numbers were better.
