Mr. S£im Citrus 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2006 “So, Mister LeCroix,” begins brain care specialist Gag Halfrunt, “what brings you to my offices today?” “Well, I was referred t’you by my doctor,” explains Wildchild. “He t’inks dat I’m dealing wit’ a problem dat’s right up your alley, an’ since we’re on dis Worl’ Tour, you happened t’be de closest available in your specialty.” “Very well then,” replies Doctor Halfrunt. “And what is the nature of your problem?” “Well, I’ve been having dis pain in my shoulder recen’ly,” says Dominic, rubbing his right shoulder. It’s been bot’ering me for almos’ two weeks now.” “So,” says Halfrunt, jotting something down on a scratch pad. “You appear to be having pain in your shoulder, have you?” “Oui,” responds Wildchild. “Dat’s what I said.” “So, that’s what you said, is it?” “Dat is what I said.” “I see,” says Halfrunt. “So, that is what you said, is it?” “Oui.” “So, your answer to my question, ‘that is what you said, is it,’ is yes?” “Oui.” “I see,” repeats Halfrunt, jotting some more information down onto his scratch pad. “Well, this is all very interesting…” Dominic stares at the brain care specialist with a tired expression. “Doctor Halfrunt, about dis pain in my right shoulder?” “So,” says Halfrunt, “you appear to be having pain in your…” “OUI!” exclaims Wildchild, standing up angrily. “Well… this, too is very interesting,” says Halfrunt. “But why does it require a brain care specialist?” WC calms down, and returns warily to his seat. “Well, de SWF’s staff medical doctor said dat he didn’ t’ink dat my shoulder pain was due t’any physical damage. In fact, he said dat he t’inks it’s…” Dominic pauses to fish a scrap of paper out of his jacket pocket, “uh… psychosomatic.” “Is that so?” asks Halfrunt, suddenly looking interested. “And you say that this pain began to occur a couple of weeks ago, did you? Why don’t you tell me what occurred in your life during that time?” FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER… “Well, Mister LeCroix, I think that we made some fascinating discoveries here today,” says Gag, as he opens his office door to usher WC out, “don’t you?” “Uh… yeah,” replies Dominic, with a blank expression on his face. “T’anks, doc.” Halfrunt nods his head in satisfaction. “That will be five thousand Alterian dollars. Please see my receptionist on your way out to arrange for payment.” “T’ank god for a healt’ plan,” mutters WC, as Gag returns to his office and closes the door behind him. Melissa Fasaki rises from her seat in the waiting room as soon as she sees her boyfriend. “So… what did he say?” “He said dat…” Dominic pauses to run his hands through his hair. “I need t’go talk to Joe Peters.” “We came all the way here for that?” “No, no, no,” replies WC, shaking his head. “What he tol’ me in dere is WHY I have t’go see Peters. Bruce Blank 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2006 if this had been during the Wild & Dangerous days I'd say his shoulder hurt from carrying Johnny intriguing stuff - as long as it doesn't lead to retirement.

It's cos Van Siclen's back, although quite frankly reading his last couple of matches have given me shooting pain in my eyeballs, so maybe it's not that hard to understand. Mike, you know I love you really.

Toxxic 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2006 So WC used to carry Van Siclen? poor guy but I suppose someone had to do it No (well, back in the days of Catch 22 perhaps, I can't remember if W&D were in that or not). Check WC's stats post and look under his physical description, that should tell you what's going on.
