LessonInMachismo 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2006 Well, what did everybody think of #0? I remembered some of the flashbacks/flashforwards, but some of it was a bit confusing. Otherwise, it was pretty good on the emotional level. I think, more than anything, this was just an issue to set things up and to build some hype, as there weren't any storylines started. But that point is pretty obvious. Can someone do a quick breakdown of the events that took place in different time periods?
ZGangsta 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2006 Damn, I haven't had a chance to go to the comic book store in ages, but this is definately on my list of stuff to pick up.
dubq 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2006 What's the deal behind this?
starvenger 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2006 Essentially, it's a look back at all the shit the "Big Three" have been through throughout the ages. Some of it's a retcon, some not. The 0 issue is not required reading though. It's the sorbet that cleanses your palate before the main course.
Jonathon 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2006 What's the deal behind this? Brad Meltzer writes this new JLA ongoing. Batman/Wonder Woman/Superman rebuild the league after that whole Infinite Crisis/One Year Later/Omac Project/RannThanagar War fiasco.
Dr. Zaius 0 Report post Posted July 24, 2006 So after 20 years of fighting it, Wonder Woman's again considered a JLA founder? That's fair, I guess. I liked the different artwork from different eras, and the concept.
