They would've had to re-rate the game to M if they did. Same reason NASCAR games edit the alcohol sponsorships out of the game, because it's an instant M rating if you leave them in. Batista's just won the Rumble on my game, eliminating me last (Taker) and all of a sudden, he becomes injured in the match and has to forfeit his title shot as he will be injured for and past Mania.
