good question.

I always forget that HHH isnt that old.

I always forget that he hasn't been in the business as long as guys who are considered the "new blood" like Jericho and RVD.

Benoit started his career in 1986  (he's 35)

Jericho started his career in 1990 (he's 31)

RVD started in 1991 (he's 30)

HHH started his career in 92 (I'm not exactly sure)

Edge in 94 (also not sure)

Nobody is a sure main eventer until they're there.

I think Triple H started in 1989, because wasn't he in WCW in 1992. I swear I've heard of tapes with him in 1990.

Me's a thinking they put the title on Benoit in the fall, since he will be the fall champ it seems. Though I can't really see RVD beating him, more like Austin.

I'm fairly certain he was in WCW in 94.

Wasn't the epic Alex Wright vs. Jean Paul Leveque match at Starrcade 94?

HHH got to the WWF in 95...and he wasnt in WCW for more than a year (that much I remember from an old HHH interview).

WCW had a dev. program though, didn't they?

33 as of this coming July 27.

And like Chyna and albert, trained by Kowalski.

Interesting...held the IWF tag team titles with Saturn.

Ryzing debuted in 1992...you're right.

On a side note I think that Benoit vs. RVD would be a solid gold ****+ match easy.

Depends. If RVD sells like he did against Eddie, no. RVD makes those matches really, no one can solidly carry him unless he's all there, unlike other guys where a Benoit or Guerrero can grab their hand, tell them to hold their hand and follow as they say.
