Try going to this website. http://www.tvunetworks.com/

This gives you access to TV channels throughout the country to watch football games. You have to download the program but it doesn't take alot of space on the computer. You should be able to catch Vikings games on it.

I was actually able to watch the opening game for the Cardinals vs San Fran last week through the website.

Wow... thanks for posting that, that thing is amazing. Getting ESPN in Canada? Awesome. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Thank you very much.

No problem, glad to help. Also, if you are of legal age you can also check out the local bars if they have the NFL Ticket.

Yeah, some sports bar isn't a bad idea.

The only other way I know is there's torrents of NFL games sometimes. But, they're very big files (usually 4-5 GB), and don't get many seeders.

Hey we beat a Div I-A squad!

My quarterback from high school ended up playing most of the Cal game. He did pretty good, too. I was hoping PSU would somehow find a way to beat Cal... because what kind of name is Ayoob for a quarterback?

Rob Freeman was your quarterback in high school? He did do pretty well, 12/17 for 119 yards and a TD.

I really hate Cal, having grown up a UCLA fan and having my main archrival high school's quarterback go there.. that's right some of you may know him, Kyle Boller. I never got to play college football (nasty injury senior year in high school) but at least I intercepted, sacked, and got god knows how many hits on him in the couple games I played against him (while he set high school passing records and our coached idiotically ignored the passing game which made us lose to that school until we got a new coach), something which many NFL players have been doing for a bit now.

And Ayoob is a terrible name for a quarterback. But you know, it is pretty good to see Portland State stepping up and at least trying to compete with Div I-A football. At least the next 5 games will be easy (at Weber State, Montana, at Montana State, Idaho State, Eastern Washington).

And then we get the fucking Oregon Ducks at Autzen. That's going to be a blowout (or upset) of epic proportions. At least we can take comfort in knowing Portland is better than Eugene.

EDIT: Also, from a Portland State sports messageboard on ESPN:

I am swedish and I am offended by the term Viking and how they are portrayed.

Awesome.

Nothing easy about Montana.

I am descended from swedes, and I think vikings are fucking cool.

I'm a bears fan, though.

My high school mascot was The Vikings.
