Shooting Star 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2006 Jose Uribe former shortstop for the San Francisco Giants died yesterday in a car crash in his hometown of San Cristobal Dominican Republic. I just got back from the funeral which was attended by many famous players from the country David Ortiz , Vladimir Guerrero , Felipe Alou , Jesus Alou , Moises Alou , Robinson Cano , Pedro Martinez , Neifi Perez , Rafael Furcal and American Derek Jeter who's in the country for vacation.
