Guest Anglesault Posted June 12, 2002 Report Posted June 12, 2002 Angle has to cheat to beat Bob Holly again. ::Sigh::
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted June 13, 2002 Report Posted June 13, 2002 If you hate HHH, you might as well skip the first 25 minutes, its basically all HHH going roid rage on everything from the Announce Table (that doesnt sell for HHH and the sledgehammer, ha), some expensive equipment and even a lowly camera and security guy. And for the Record, Im about 50% less positive that HHH wins the title at KOTR now that I see hes aligned himself with Vince. And the Dvon Faarooq match/segment gets aired, unbleeped. REV. DVON - "Don't play.....with that thing!"

But I don't understand your comment about Triple H being alligned with Vince. If Austin's really gone, then everything fits together perfectly for Triple H to win the title. There's no top babyface on RAW now. So Trips can be pushed as the top star of both RAW and Smackdown. Better yet, now that Vince owns both shows, he too can appear on both RAW and Smackdown. So both shows can revolve around the Vince/Triple H feud. This might be a long summer.

Very interesting. I think it's safe to assume that there will heel/face match ups throughout the tournament. So that means the PPV matches will either be: Jericho/RVD or Venis/X-Pac and Booker/Test or Lesnar/Holly Logically, Jericho/RVD would be a no brainer over Venis/X-Pac. But the way the WWE has been going lately, I would not put anything past them. It's completely pointless to put Jericho in this tournament if he's not going to win or at least go to the finals. But the same could be said about RVD since he's the current IC champ. Booker/Test is a stronger match than Lesnar/Holly, but Lesnar looks to be in for a huge, undeserved push so I can't see how he loses in this tournament unless it's by DQ. The scariest possibility is that they could do a X-Pac/Booker final.
Guest Posted June 13, 2002 Report Posted June 13, 2002 Pac will bitch if he doesn't win. Lesnar's push won't be very effective unless he wins. Booker's face turn isn't very good unless he wins. RVD and Jericho could win to get to the top faster. Val could be on the start of a new push if he wins. So, I think it's obvious Test will win.
Guest cabbageboy Posted June 13, 2002 Report Posted June 13, 2002 Dude, there is no way in hell X Pac should remotely beat RVD. In another thread I stated I might stop watching all together if that happened. Jericho over Val is a no brainer. I say RVD/Jericho for one bracket and Booker/Brock in the other. I figure RVD/Brock in the finals, probably Brock going over by nefarious means. I figure Booker runs in and screws X Pac out of his match with RVD on Raw (it only makes sense given what the NWO did to Booker). Then the NWO screws Booker over against Brock.
