Help with virus/spyware

I don't know if this was the cause but I noticed the problem after Bit Torrent was installed. It started out as a pop up showing up whenever opening internet explorer. The pop up was for Adult Friend Finder. I'm running AVG Free 7.5 and it found nothing. Spybot search and destroy found nothing. I did a housecall scan at Trend micro. It wasn't clear on what it found, just said there were 7 cookies. But when I hit clean, it went to work knocking out a number of worms and trojans. That appeared to take care of the pop up problem.

 

Now the problem that's still there. There are two IEXPLORE.EXE processes running as ghosts. I see them in the task manager and on my firewall, but nowhere else. When I try to shut them down I there a brief process that comes up called SETUPO~.EXE or STOREG~.EXE and the ghost IE process starts right back up.

 

Any help identifying this problem and killing it would be appreciated.
