King Kamala 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2007 I can't believe how well Alvin has done. Almost makes me want to renounce my American citizenship. However, it's good to see a movie like Juno doing really well.
LivingLegendGaryColeman 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2007 No sign of Walk Hard this week... wow. I didn't expect it to climb from last week, but not even Top 12?
The Buzz 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2007 Well looks like I Am Legend will break the 200 million mark, hell I wouldn't be surprised if the top three all break it.
Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2007 Cage could make a few more Treasure movies and they'll probably still rake in over $200 million for all.
Guest Warriorfan Report post Posted December 31, 2007 Alvin and the Chipmunks a 200 million dollar film in the U.S. alone; that has to be the best return for a studio in 2007. I guess we can expect The Care Bears and various other 80's properties to be greenlit as soon as possible. I expect No Country for Old Men to make a return to the top 10 as it seems like the concensus best film of 2007 amongst critics.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2007 Cage could make a few more Treasure movies and they'll probably still rake in over $200 million for all. They set up the third one in the second one so yeah, he probably has another one coming soon.

MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2007 If it weren't for the writers strike I'd bet they'd have another Alvin and the Chipmunks movie out by next Christmas.
