treble 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2008 I got this new laptop last week (with Vista), and first time I tried to connect with my wireless router, it worked fine. Set up that it was my 'home' connection, and everthing. Since then, though, I might be connected, but it says that my connection status is unknown and it says 'Server execution failed' underneath that. It also takes forever to open the list of available wireless networks. Also, it takes forever for the Network and Sharing Center to open, and once it finally does, I can't do anything in it and I have to go into the Task Manager to close it. It also says Server execution failed in there, I assume where it tells me if I'm connected or not. I've tried un-installing and then re-installing the driver and that didn't do anything. AntiLeaf33 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2008 How much RAM do you have? New computer shouldn't run that slow. As for the originally error; I really don't have a clue what that could be.
treble 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2008 I'm not sure what it was, but I found a fix for it.
