There’s a noise in Da Pound’s locker room, shuffling noise and items being thrown but not crashed into wall, just crashed into a box or bag… The door creeps open to see Bo, crouched down packing up his personal belongings in a large gym bag. He looks back and sees the cameraman Gus standing there with a camera.

 

“Oh it’s you…” Bo said, and then he turns his head back around and continue packing up. He’s still speaks while packing up and he said: “Did I hurt you when I spoke what I felt?”

 

An answer did not come; Bo wasn’t expecting an answer anyways as he continues speaking.

 

“You know, a lot of people stayed quiet once they heard me say what I said… I wonder why? Was it because they know I’m right or are they afraid?”

 

Bo zips his bag up and stood on his feet. He turns around to face the cameraman and stares at the camera.

 

“You know a lot of people make angles up so they can leave and have some lemonade in a beach or some shit. Complained about being kidnapped or they broke a fuckin leg which in reality it was just a fuckin nail just so they can stay home and watch some baseball… Putting a fuckin retirement angle because they want to follow their dream and commentate. I sweat, bled, and shed tears for this company and all I see is three-year contracts being signed and they leave in three months. All I see is people leaving and coming back as fuckin insects names and names from artists and other bullshit. People think that three or four people are going to make this fed back to the way it was, fuck no, they need the whole fed to go back to it’s peak. But lazy motherfuckers decide they don’t want to do it, and I’m sick and tired of this shit that’s why I’m quitting… Not doing an angle of how I broke my big toe, not doing a retirement angle, and not just leaving because of lack of time, I AM QUITTING because people aren’t doing what they’re suppose to do, people aren’t trying anymore…”

 

“Then you’re just contradicting yourself.” A voice by the door said, Bo knows the voice as his eyes opened. The camera twirls around to catch… MECURY!!!

 

“Merc?”

 

Mercury walks forward from the door and with a smile he said: “Still acting thug?”

 

“What are you doing here man?”

 

“I heard you’re quitting, I also heard that you respected me.”

 

“Shit can change in a few seconds.”

 

Mercury puts his hands up in a defensive way as he said: “Whoa big man, I aint here to have problems with you, I just want to know the real reason why you’re leaving.”

 

“I told you and I told the whole world what I felt, if they don’t like it they can suck my…”

 

“Big man, this is a televised segment, relax.”

 

“Why the fuck do you care, you just came back after walking out and shit… I respect your intelligence and your wrestling ability, but just like the rest, you keep leaving when you have no time or when you want to rest and just like the rest of them, fuck you.”

 

“Now Bo…”

 

“Chuck.”

 

“Whatever, Chuck… I know there’s something burning deep inside you, something that you want to tell the whole world but decided not to therefore you came up with this crap.”

 

“It’s only crap when it comes out of your ass.”

 

“Not necessarily, you’ve proven that theory is inaccurate… Now, tell me what’s really bothering you.” Mercury asked as he approached Bo and stands about 2 feet in front of him. “I wont judge you Bo, you know I’m not that type of person.”

 

Their eye locked on one another, no flinching, no sounds being heard just the occasional deep breath from either Bo or Mercury, even Gus is standing still trying to hold his breath.

 

“You’re the last person that’s going to try and intimidate me Merc…”

 

“Who’s trying to intimidate you? I just want the truth…”

 

“You want the truth?”

 

“Yeah, I want it…”

 

“You want the truth?”

 

“I want the truth dammit.”

 

“You can’t handle the truth!” The loud voice causes the cameraman to take a step back… Merc just smiles because he knew that was coming, he saw the movie “a few good men” around 5 times and he knows that scene better than his matches with unknown jobbers.

 

“Correction my taking lines from the movie friend, I could handle it.”

 

Bo looks around the room; it seems quiet and empty for him to say what he feels, to say what else is on his mind, to say what he wanted to say for about 6 months now… It’s time and after he say what he has to say, it’s over… He’s gone and that will be the last time the fed ever sees him… This is his final saying in this fed, the hell with breaching contract, the hell with everything; this is the moment that will let the whole world know everything about this fed, how they fuck him over and the backstage politics…”

 

“I’m tired…” Bo said low with his head down like if he was ashamed of being part of the SWF… “I’m tired of putting up for this fed for over a year and nothing… Giving my all and nothing, no recognition, no respect, nothing…”

 

“What you mean?”

 

“I defeated top superstars, involved my self in great angles and storylines and nothing… It’s like I wasn’t even a part of the fed, they treat me like if I was just another tune up match for people to squash… I am not one of those types of wrestlers; I’ve become world champion in the Junior League with one of the best and respected Stables in the business. I moved up to the WF and I won on my very first match, very first, I then became Hardcore Gamers champion then U.S. champion which I changed it to the New York Champion, I was double champion, the first since G.O.A.T to do it, and do I get any respect? Do I get any recognition? No. Motherfuckers don’t give two flying fucks about me they don’t care… I defeated great ones, Comet, Axis, Grimedogg, recently I defeated Fallout, defeated GOAT numerous times and he was a former champion, I defeated ELM, another former champion and do I get any fuckin recognition? NO! I’m tired, sick and tired of this bullshit… That’s all it is, bullshit, and now people complaining about they deserve a shot at the fuckin title? What the fuck have they done, motherfuckers aint even worthy and they want a title shot… Fuck them… I continuously work my ass off night in and night out, have great angles, great storylines, even if I have to job to make someone look good, dammit I fuckin do it. Over a year I’ve been here and yeah, I had my chances and didn’t fulfill it but I still don’t get the recognition that I deserve… Even though I hate him as a person I have the utmost respect for Thugg because he works his ass off, and he’s proven himself night in and fuckin night out… I wished I would have killed him though because of what he has done to me, but I respect him for what he has done for this company, but now he left…”

 

“Dude, you fuckin broke his fuckin neck.” Mercury interrupted.

 

“Whatever… What I don’t understand if he was sooo hated in this company, why people weren’t happy when I fuckin kill his career? No, they just started slackin off and that for me is a fuckin disrespect for this fed… And that’s why I quit, and there is nothing anybody say that will change my mind, not even you Mercury.”

 

Mercury smiles and shrugs and said: “Ok.”

 

“What?”

 

“Ok, have a good life man, hope to see you again.”

 

“You’re not going to talk me out of it? You’re not going to make me stay?”

 

“What for? You’re mind is made up so…” Mercury grabs Bo’s right hand and shakes it. “Have a good like my friend, and remember, not everyone is slackin off. Maybe I’ll see you again, maybe I wont… But it was a pleasure working with you Bo, err, Chuck… Hope you get everything that you thrive for and get the respect that I know you deserve… Good luck and take care.”

 

Mercury releases the grip of Bo’s hand, turns around then walks out the door. Bo just stood their stunned off his ass, he heard something to his far right but disregard it. He bends down and grabs the gym bag with all his stuffs. He stood up and walks towards the door and twirls around to face the inside of Da Pound locker room. He exhales for the last time and quietly said: “Until you change.” Then he twirls back around and exits the locker room closing the door.

 

From the far right where the noise came from a large figure emerge from the shadows, the camera focused and noticed that there was two people that came out… JD and Sacred came out, staring at the door and that’s when Sacred suddenly mumbled: “Fuck you and good riddance.”

I liked that...it was a bit harsher than I would have said, but I liked it nonetheless. So many people around here are afraid to say what's really on their minds (me included), so I got mad respect for people who say what they feel.

 

I like what you did with Merc at the end too. That was great.

 

It obviously sucks that you're leaving...well, it sucks for the fed, but I'm personally glad you're leaving. We've been talking about this on IM, so you know what I mean. I know how upset you've been about this whole thing for the past few weeks now, and I know how things have been for you in this fed and in real life. All I can say is, "It's about damn time". I've told you for weeks now that you should roll out because it's not worth the stress that it's putting you through. So, I'm glad you've finally stepped up and did it, and I respect the fact that you hung around so long because you didn't want to give up on the fed. You always had the interest of the fed in mind, and you always did whatever you could. And if anyone of you doesn't believe that Bo always looked out for the fed, I'll show you.

 

If you look at my retirement angle, that's not how it was supposed to go. Bo planned his whole return around he and I doing an angle where he put me out....me and him. Then I suggested that we add Edwin and do the whole deal that went down, and Bo was cool with it. In my eyes, that's really taking one for the team. I mean, he gave up his one on one feud with me because he knew that the three way feud would be better for the whole. He got rewarded with a title shot, but still...I don't think people realized how much Bo put into this fed. Yeah, he had a lot of real life situations that limited his time, but he always did his best and that's all you can ask for out of someone. He never once...not as long as I've known him, blew off a match because he didn't feel like doing it or whatever, and I know all of us, including me, have done that before.

 

Anyway...ending rant here.

 

Mad respect for Chuck...mad respect. Sucks for the fed that you're gone...but, glad to see you go.
