Dandy 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2008 You are going to have some backwater places just lik in every state. However, the majority of the state is not actually backwater. Where I live, rent is pretty steep. I just have a gentleman's agreement with my landlord that rent will never raise while I am here. When I move out, he is raising the rent to close to $900.
