I think Dusty is Flair's greatest opponent in terms of rivalry, box office, importance, promos, etc. But greatest opponent as in in-ring rival...not even close. Typical WCW thinking: put three tag teams in a match where the winner gets a shot at a singles title. The Steiners vs. The Road Warriors from '89 is #9.
