Microsoft Word authorization code problem

So I've got word installed on my computer but can't launch it without enterting the authorization code, which I can't find anywhere. Should I just call Microsoft or is there somewhere else I could find this code?

I hope you purchased it or came with your computer. Did it come with a CD Key? You should see if you have anything like that and input that into Word.

You can find excellent copies of Office, and Word, off of Bit Torrent, and most, if not all, of them come with authentication codes. You could try that.

It did come with the computer but I can't find the document with the code on it. Is a CD key the reboot CD?

Is there a Microsoft Office or Word manual? It could be printed on that otherwise I would contact the manufacturer of your machine.
