Making ringtones for my cell phone

Audacity is a good program for making clips, but my phone only uses mp4s for ringtones.... can anyone help?

Use audacity to get the clip for the ringtone then use Super to convert it to MP4.

I made a ringtone but when I email it to my phone I get the email without the attachment. I don't have a bluetooth and hear that may be why. Anyone know about this?

And when I make mp4s and try to transfer them into my phone using the software for it, it said file type is invalid.
