Mik Posted January 16, 2009 Report Posted January 16, 2009 I don't eat cereal these days but when I do...I always drink the milk. Current breakfast: wheat toast with light peanut butter... on the weekend when I have time I add in an omelet made of eggbeaters and red peppers. It's nothing special but it's pretty tasty for the 60 or 70 calories it contains.
