cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted March 1, 2009 ECW was quite good in 1999. Probably had the best wrestling action in the US at that point. The WWF was goofy with all the overbooked Russo stuff but at least it was wildly popular. WCW was the real culprit though, just sucking hard for the vast majority of that year.
