Hunter is the type of guy who works out as much as he can, as has been shown on the WWE/F videos and whatnot. So, we have a guy who is a constant worker outer, and he can't work out his legs, so what does he do? He works out his upper body more so. Thats makes more sense then your "he's big, he's hunter, he's on the roids"
