Guest Hitman Jebus Posted July 13, 2002 Report Posted July 13, 2002 Hitman: Bret Hart mark over here Jebus: Well, my friends and kids in high school nicknamed me Jesus because of my long hair and sometimes I'm too lazy to shave so... Also, people come to me for advice, help and shit like that Plus... my friend Jon was already nicknamed Judas for some reason ( backstabbing hmmm?) so the rest of the gang say they're my followers Instead, I put Jebus (or Jeebus, if you will) because I just don't feel right refering myself as or being compared to JESUS CHRIST!!! Also, big Simpsons fan... FunFacts: -I'm also a Canadian named Chris who marks out for Jericho and Benoit -I'm a French-Canadian so I knew what Grenouille meant
Guest undisputedjericho Posted July 13, 2002 Report Posted July 13, 2002 Undisputed Champion + Chris Jericho = undisputedjericho <---- Of course, he lost it the day after I showed up here.
Guest chirs3 Posted July 13, 2002 Report Posted July 13, 2002 chirs3 (commonly mistake for chris3) - No reason for the 3. Chirs because my name (Chris) was spelled incorrectly (chirs) on a roll call sheet that correctly featured such wonders as Lashiquita, Kejuana, etc. It stuck as a nickname.
Guest Mole Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 My nick name is Mole. I stomp people with my head. Molestomp.
Guest JACKASS Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 I like the show. That shit cracks me up!
Guest Intimacy Goblin Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 There is a mutual friend of my sister's and mine who, no matter how heartfelt a moment might be, will never fail to let loose some kind of bodily noise and kill the intimacy of the moment. Hence, I am the Intimacy Goblin, and I am here to ruin your intimacy.
Guest SP-1 Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 Spider because I love the scene where Peter and MJ are in May's hospital room and he tells her what he "told" Spider-Man about her. It's a great little piece of dialogue. I used to have an AIM SN called, "Scarlet Web Hero". I'm a writer, I write a lot of poetry and stuff. So it eventually came together as, "SpiderPoet". Amazing, no?
Guest Vern Gagne Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 Local Wrestling Legend Wanted a name no one else would have
Guest CanadianChick Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 I'm a chick; I'm from Canada. That's about it.
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 KingofOldSchool - The name before this one, is credited to my completely heterosexual love of Steve Corino. Manson - I changed to this to represent my SWF character, with the name lifted from Charles Manson.
Guest notJames Posted January 2, 2003 Report Posted January 2, 2003 An old coworker of mine used to call me James, because I reminded her of a guy of the same name that also worked here. Essentially, he was Asian, and I'm Asian, so there you go. Typical. Anyway, so whenever I emailed her, I used to sign it "notJames" so she'd remember who I was. Other people in the office got a kick out of it, so the name stuck. But here's the kicker... Remember the guy who used to work here called James? He came back about six months after I started here. So now we're two Asian guys in a mostly Caucasian office, and I'm reduced to being a satellite as opposed to my own entity. And some of them STILL call me James. Yeesh! As an added bonus, I live in New Jersey, so the state and my nickname both have the same initials. And just for completist sake, I too dig the Dropkick Murphys (especially "The Gauntlet" -- great rallying song) and Offspring's first two proper albums (Smash and Ignition. Everything after that is pure shite.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted January 3, 2003 Report Posted January 3, 2003 HEY! I'm Asian too, but I always hated that term because it gives the impression that all Asians look the same, when it's probably the most diverse as opposed to other continents. Anyway, my name is taken from Jericho back when he was simply amazing on the mic. I took this as well because it was pretty funny to have others ask me what "paragon" meant. Most thought it was related to my similar sounding last name. It's tongue in cheek, although it's funny to have people actually think I'm that conceited.
