Guest crandamaniac Posted July 3, 2002 Report Posted July 3, 2002 Ok, the story behind my name is kind of simple. I had a friend who would make up different names based on my last name. One of them was crandamonium (the 1st 4 letters of my last name + pandamonium) . It later evolved from crandamonium to crandamaniac (one who partakes in crandamonium, or fans of me like Hulkamaniacs to Hogan) and so i made that my board name. By the way, I almost made my name on here Rob Cran Dam lol
Guest Insanityman Posted July 3, 2002 Report Posted July 3, 2002 Well, I have this because my SJL dude is Insane Luchador... and I'm not even close to being a man but it sounded better than boy. Plus the inside joke with my friends is I'll grow up to be insane. I love the Murphys, dude. I liked older Offspring too...
Guest Just call me Dan Posted July 3, 2002 Report Posted July 3, 2002 I mark for Austin. WHAT?! Is already taken. My name is Dan. WHAT?! I said my name is Dan. Call me that. WHAT?! Sorry.........
Guest dreamer420 Posted July 3, 2002 Report Posted July 3, 2002 your is still pretty cool dan. it made me laugh the first time i read it.
Guest TheSoleSurvivor Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Meaning behind mine: it sounds really damn cool, IMO. Plus, it also makes reference to the WWF: the Sole Survivor of the big three.
Guest FakeRazor Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 I'm a big Wrestlecrap mark, and on the old WC Forum, my name was originally Razor1023 (October 23rd being my B-Day). I joined this stable that required that you had a Wrestlecrap-esque name, so I changed it to FakeRazor1023. Eventually I dropped the 1023 and just became FakeRazor. It sort of stuck because its a kickass name.
Guest Razor Roman Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 I never really liked Scott Hall... but my first name is Roman... and so putting Razor in front of it was sort of a cool wrestling reference. It's also my CAW name in every videogame since WWF Attitude.
Guest Michael Joel Benoit Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 I have been a rabid reader of Scott Keith for the past two years. I must have read his book dozens of times. I would read anything he wrote so I chose this.
Guest Mr. Slim Citrus Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Slim Citrus is an anagram of my real name. I added the "Mr." after I got married.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Slim Citrus is an anagram of my real name. I added the "Mr." after I got married. Dammit, now you're going to have me trying to re-arrange your name all day...
Guest evenflowDDT Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 after they released their first two albums the band hasn't been the same since. Yea, I have Conspiracy of One, and while I wouldn't say it sucks, it's nowhere near as good as their dark, serious self-titled album or Smash. I haven't heard Ignition, so I don't know what that album sounds like...
Guest CanadianChris Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Mine's real simple...my name's Chris, and I'm Canadian. Oh, and I'm also a fan of the two guys on the left, also Canadians named Chris.
Guest Sandman9000 Posted July 5, 2002 Report Posted July 5, 2002 "Enter Sandman" and the BFG9000 from DOOM. As for my CAW name, I use Jake Hatred, or J. Hate.
Guest Grenouille Posted July 5, 2002 Report Posted July 5, 2002 Grenouille-Frog in French, I'm French, it isn't that bad, but I do get confused easily and don't always pluralize things or tings if my accent is poking through.
Guest SupaTaft Posted July 5, 2002 Report Posted July 5, 2002 One of my heroes in life is former president William Howard Taft. He weighed around 400 pounds and did relatively little in his presidency. He never wanted to be president, he always wanted to be Supreme Court Justice, but his wife forced him to take the position. He was the first president to own a car. The first president to throw out the first pitch at a baseball game. The first president to keep a cow in the White House garage as he loved fresh milk. I suppose you could say that I mark for Taft. I put the Supa there cause its cool. Supa=Slang for "Super" so its Super Taft, cept that sounds like ass so I slanged it up. SupaTaft

Guest The Vanilla Midget Posted July 10, 2002 Report Posted July 10, 2002 Mines a smart reference. but then *everybody* knew that.
Guest The Vanilla Midget Posted July 11, 2002 Report Posted July 11, 2002 good question, i never even really considered it... (runs away and hides)
Guest Cerebus The Aardvark Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Yes, mine really is that simple.
Guest y2jailbait Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Huge Jericho fan + Ability to get caught for every single crime that i commit = Y2Jailbait.
Guest ArkhamGlobe Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Mine is a double reference to two of my favorite writers; H.P. Lovecraft and William Shakespeare. The Lovecraft one (Arkham) should be blatantly obvious to anyone who's read Lovecraft, and I thought it had a better ring to it than Miskatonic . The Globe (I believe) was/is the name of Shakespeare's theater, and besides, I just thought ArkhamGlobe sounded pretty cool.
Guest converge241 Posted July 12, 2002 Report Posted July 12, 2002 Bleed the sky should know where my name comes from if he knows Boston bands
Guest AM The Kid Posted July 13, 2002 Report Posted July 13, 2002 AM- my first and middle initials. The Kid- I'm the youngest in my family, it also used to be my wrestling gimmick.
Guest HBK16 Posted July 13, 2002 Report Posted July 13, 2002 HBK16- I was a huge HBK fan when I was 16. He was really one of the first WWF wrestlers I liked.
Guest El Psycho Diablo Posted July 13, 2002 Report Posted July 13, 2002 Easy enough. It's the name of a CAW wrestler. (of course, I wanted El Pollo Diablo..but ezboard was stupid, so nooo..)
