You know what I was trying tosay. And WHEN, dear god WHEN does X-pac come out looking good in a fued?

Last year, He went over Jeff Hardy to end the feud after jobbing to him, he went over Kidman to end the feud after jobbing to him, and he went over Tajiri to end the feud after jobbing to him. And then he dissapered for six months. He couldn't lose to RVD clean, he couldn't lose to STEVE AUSTIN clean, the guy ALWAYS looks good.

I highly doubt HHH is going to lay down for Booker T.

HHH layed down for Booker T on a Raw I attended in January, almost completely cleanly too.

And it didn't mean a damn thing in the long run.

When HHH jobs, it doesn't mean anything because its only benefitting him.

I predicted this bullshit.

Part of the problem would be that the announcers aren't putting over any of the wins that say Booker has over HHH. That would be the fault of the writing team, Vince, the announce team, and whoever is feeding the announce team their stuff in those headphones. Booker's win over Austin earlier this year was also downplayed by everyone.

yeah...but when they do job clean do they openly compain about it so loudly that it ends up on the internet

Wow, youre right. He should have just left the federation after the match just like the smark god Benoit did when he came over with the Radicals to the wwf when he was unhappy...... <_<

Oh, you mean after there was no way he would ever advance along the card as long as one talentless lug was on top of the promotion and had a hand in the book. Too bad the talentless lug in X-Pac's case is his friend, right?

Just like the 1998 - 2001/2 Smark God Steve Austin...

I'm still an Austin mark...but he was unhappy about jobbing and he complained and finally just left...but at least Austin didn't feign injury (i don't think)

...and I couldn't really tell if what you said was sarcasm or not...

people job cleanly...or at least WW_-style cleanly (minimal interference) all the time........in the last six months the only two people I have heard about on the internet complaining was X-pac and Steve Austin...

Steve Austin had a bit of a good reason too.....being made to look foolish in a fued with SCOTT HALL...who is nothing more than a glorified jobber/Kliq member...

Austin went from HOT to NOT.....X-pac was never HOT to begin with...

Yes it was sarcastic. And on your point about Austin and Nash, Nash was jobbing in the NWO to Austin as well and didnt complain about it. I dont hear any compliments to him on that.

As to other lugs being put over Benoit, I agree, it wasn't fair, but if X-Pac did what Benoit did I get the feeling he would be crucified by the smarks.

If you are going to criticize about something just be fair handed is all I'm asking....

Guest M Nyland

Isn't X-pac already crucified by net smarks?

And wasn't their early discussion about Nash realizing that if he wants to keep his job he should keep his mouth shut....

he was actually the one that ran out and "saved" X-pac from leaving...

As for being fair-handed......I think that it is impossible to be completely fair-handed until the REAL TRUTH comes out....but RANDOM NET SPECULATION~! is fun and gives most of us something to do with our boring lives...

We'll see what happens next week on RAW as the "X-pac Files" continues....

But X-Pac and Benoit are not even in the same situation, the same locale. Remember, X-Pac is a main eventer, he flies first class.

I feel bad for X-pac. Here's a guy who suffered concussions up in the double digits, a very serious neck injury (which he got fired during his healing time out of spite), various other injuries, was pretty much a jobber throughout his entire first run with the WWF despite being one of the most talented guys on the roster at the time due his size, and is currently playing job boy for a bunch of guys who can't work (be it because of injury or because they just plain suck in the ring) even though he's the workhorse of the whole group. Even though he's had a ridiculous amount of injuries, he still tries his best to have a good match when he's out there, but he still gets crucified by the fans and the internet. I'm not a Pac mark by any means, but i'm willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

Benoit can do wrong, I mean, he could have come back looking like HHH and not been able to move.

Well put.

Or like when Jericho beat HHH on SD that week, they'd mention it on TV and Cole would be like "Thanks to the Undertaker" right away, even thought it was HHH's fault for going after him.

Or when Booker beat HHH, JR was like "LOOK A' THAYT HAYNDFUHL UH TAHGHTS!" but when Austin beat Book in the lumberjack match with the tights, no mention was made of it.

Jericho was a Heel at this point....the announcers are supposed to make the heels look like cheaters and cowards...

Booker was a heel at that point as well....but when Austin did it it was "justly deserved" in the announcers eyes...so of course nothing would be said...

The Announce Team - Just another way HHH is holding Y2J and Book down... ;)

The shit that I predicted was the NWO not wanting to put Booker T over. If Booker beating Big Show was such a big deal, why couldn't he knock him out in the ring instead of outside of the ring? If it's no big deal, why the countout ending instead of a pin? Also, there are only two people in the NWO who can wrestle right now. Big Show got punked out by Michaels and Nash (they are using their own guys to put themselves over) and X-Pac (who may job to Booker once before trying to win the blowoff match) is conveniently injured. I wonder what the extent of his injury is and how long he will be injured.

Off topic: It's "feud" not "fued" and "a lot" is two words, not one.

And yet on another topic, no more OVW for me!! WAHOO!!!!!!!

A couple of points about this:

1. In the backstage segment, we are led to believe that Booker T took out X-Pac as retribution for the beatdown on Golddust. Now, maybe X-Pac has a different "job scale" than I do, but personally I'd consider it more embarassing to be put through a table and knocked out cold than to lie on the mat for 3 seconds.

2. The countout made sense to me in a couple of ways. Booker T knocked the Big Show out cold, so it's not like it was one of those "struggles to get back up but just misses getting in" countouts. I thought it made Booker T look tougher because he won the match in Last Man Standing style (opponent couldn't answer the 10 count). A 10 second knockout isn't really any worse than a 3 second pin.

I guess the short point here is that while no one outright "jobbed" to him, Booker T punked out both active members of the nWo and left them dead and buried, and looked more impressive doing so IMO than he would have pinning X-Pac to the mat.

I think it was Kane who beat up X-Pac.

But that is a tired notion by the WWF. Go back and watch Jesse/Gorilla to see the way a wrestling announcing team should be.

If knocking Big Show out was such a big deal, why couldn't it be done in the ring? He could have been knocked out and pinned. Furthermore, how come we never got to see X-Pac get jumped?

What point does X-Pac serve? Honestly? The most extensive thing he's done the last few weeks is suck on a lollipop during interviews, and lay down like he got beaten down. He is constantly refusing to job and complaining. That's the reason why Smarks hate X-Pac he is constantly complaining. I guess when you're a big Main Eventer like that you can get away with it though.

Because the Big Show is so over you can't just have him losing clean on free tv! Then Booker T. might have actually gotten some small rub off of it too.

About Big Show jobbing by a count out, if you actually see yourself giving a shit that he lost by count out and not by pinfall, then i'm sorry to say it, but you're a big mark. Especially the fact that it's 5 minute TV match where the winners and losers are pretty much interchangable.

I think you are such a hater that you dont care what the outcome is of a match because you will just complain about it no matter what. Booker T beat Big Show by count out! "Why not in the ring?" Booker T beat Big Show in the ring by countout. "Why wasn't it by pinfall?" Booker T beat Big Show by pinfall. "Why didn't they let him dominate the match?" My God give it a rest already!!!!!!!!!

I think it was actually an angle of Kane jumping X-Pac but I anxiously await your complaint about it.. <_<

:o Amazingly it sounds like you did not read any post in this thread and just mouthed off whatever your pinion is. Points have been made on this thread, whether you agree with them or not, but your statement does not seem to suggest you read any. Oh well.....
