  1. 1992-93 era Big Van Vader was one of my top five picks for this.
  2. Awesome. I was watching a compilation of Piper in Portland from over 25 years ago last night and I was seriously considering him as my second pick.
  3. I am posting a selection on behalf of naiwf. The 12th draft pick is a man who many will argue was the face of WCW before, during and after its boom period. Quite possibly the most popular superstar during the zenith of WCW's reign as the number one promotion in the world. Ladies and gentlemen... this... is... Sting!
  4. My only hope is that this makes ECW feel a lot less like ECW.
  5. The one where Goldberg made his first wrestling appearance?
  6. Monsoon sounds pissed at Polo during one commetary I remember. I think Polo was arguing with him and baiting him with big words and silly questions or some combo. (Not this match) external occipital protuberance
  7. The ultimate irony is that WCW's hummer angle began the very same night as the anticlimactic culmination of the long-winded Higher Power angle over in the WWF. At least WWF went out of their way to explain why it was Vince all along, and a few good angles were spawned from it.
  8. Are you done yet?
  9. If you are not interested in the book, then, perhaps, you should not read it.
  10. I know what you mean. It gets on my nerves, but every once in a while, I find myself guilty of this. Every time that I catch myself doing it, I stab myself in the torso with a letter opener as an act of penance.
  11. This is quite a shock to me, because I didn't know that they still taped Heat.
  12. This is the kind of concept that fills up very quickly (like, within a couple of hours). There will be more opportunities in the future for those who missed this one.
  13. And now, on behalf of myself, the 10th draft pick. Arguably the biggest cash cow in North American wrestling today. A true company man. A man who never fails the wellness policy... John Cena.
  14. I am posting the 9th pick on behalf of The Great Mazto. He chooses... The one, the only... KENTA KOBASHI!!!
  15. Same here. Perhaps we can form a book club. Who's bringing the lemon bars?
  16. Just a heads up. Mazto send me a PM informing me that he is going to be gone. When the time comes I will post his first round selection.
  17. Nick Hogan should become a Briscoe brother in ROH? I knew that I wasn't the only one who wanted to see Necro give that kid a tiger driver though a table.
  18. That is correct. Also, thank you for pinning the thread. That should help it move along.
  19. It is done. http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...=0#entry2686992
  20. I think that we have room for one more. If you don't mind being number 18. But that's it. Nobody else.
  21. You really want in this thing, don't you? Don't worry about it. I just know the rules like the back of my hand so I had to answer his question. That was your chance, man.
  22. You really want in this thing, don't you?
  23. A person has up to twelve hours before we move on without them No.. What I mean is, if somebody is schedueled to pick at 2pm, and they pick at 2.05pm.. does the next person then HAVE to wait until the following 2am? No. Once they make their pick then the next person can go right ahead. If they take more than twelve hours, then we move on. Again, they can still make their pick while we are moving. 12 hours is just the maximum that we will wait on somebody.
  24. A person has up to twelve hours before we move on without them (they can still make their pick, though). A performer can only be used once. Goldust cancels out Dustin Rhodes, Keiji Mutoh cancels out The Great Muta, etc.
