Somehow you missed the Cisco Telepresence ad. Agreed with the good killings. My Mother-in-Law (who by the way, doesn't speak much English) thought Jack was toast at the start, but as my wife pointed out, "it's only 12 to 1 odds". Kill of the season thus far - Jack killing the guy with the back of his knee, after using what appeared to be an inverted triangle choke "with a twist". Having Tom Lennox back would be cool, but I think pulling a double hurt Peter MacNichol's acting on Numb3rs, and I'd imagine that the producers didn't want to see that again. Maybe they can get Jude Ciccolella back as Novick.

The 4 scariest words EVER on 24 - "Co-executive Producer Brannon Braga"

Need Nawlins to cover on Monday to win. 54 points from Buffalo? Guaranteed they won't score close to that when I watch them at SkyDome.

Because he had principles and ethics, you see, and he'd never, EVER work for the bad guys. Unless they funded him and gave him the tools to continue his father's research. And in actuality, Spider-Mohinder is better than old Mohinder since they've made him more of a cold-blooded guy and thus, the wooden acting now works.

ANYONE from Voyager trumps both. Corrected. And if we're going there, Troi was annoying through most of the run. Her job was basically to either a) sense something amiss or b) get psychically assaulted/invaded. I didn't really care for Kira either except when she was evil and lesbian.

Since my wife watches it (and thus I have to), I would say every character on Grey's Anatomy except Karev, Bailey, Callie and the man-whore guy. On Criminal Minds, Reid the boy genius.

Jon Fitch, Christian Wellisch and possibly others cut by UFC

But this is pretty much what Lorenzo was brought in for, no? To be the voice of reason to Dana's expletive-laden impulsiveness? -
Yeah, but I think that they deliberately telegraphed that one, since rule #1 of Chuck is that Chuck is not allowed to have a happy lovelife, except with Morgan.

Maybe not business for himself (since the Fertitas are the majority owners), but the McMahon Syndrome is definitely there. Is Cain definitely gone? -
I wouldn't be able to choose, personally. I gotta have my X-Factor and DnA fix.

Generally speaking, if I don't see it on Junkie, 5Oz or the Observer I won't believe it. That being said, with three AKA guys at 170 in the UFC you figure something's gotta give. -
Personally I only collect JSA and Legion from DC, of which the former is indeed one of the best books out there. But let's be honest - both companies put out their fair share of crap.
-
I think that's only true in the Marvel Universe. As examples, think about who's more powerful: Professor X or Magneto? Richards or Dr. Doom? Spider-Man or Venom? In the DCU, you have: Superman or Lex Luthor? Batman or the Joker? Flash or all his Rogues Gallery? Back to Sylar, I wonder if this new power absorption comes from the fact that Elle WANTED help.

But of course, it now looks like the eclipse has the power to say "No More Mutants".

OK, bad example, but I also remember Legally Blonde getting hit with a time penalty at the Pit Stop because they didn't RTFC and cabbed it there
-
So here's the question - the Frat Idiots took a cab, but didn't get a time penalty for doing so - rather they were told to go back to the Detour and do the thing properly. However given similar circumstances the Mythbusters got hit with the 30 minute penalty. So my conclusion is that the finish was not nearly as close as they made it seem - damn editors! - and Sarah and her douchebag bf were simply out of it. Seriously, Sarah, get out while you still can. BTW, I could see Ken and Tina making the fatal mistake, as they've been sorta losing it the last few legs.

The fact that he didn't and Matsuzaka did shows that most voters just look at the record and ERA and vote based on that. Well, duh. If it weren't the case wouldn't Halladay have won if you actually looked at other metrics like WHIP, Complete Games, Ks etc?
-
You know how it is - plays in Canada, is very humble and thus gets no respect or recognition from the media. At least he has one Cy Young though.
-
Maybe. But how confused would they get if they overshoot and end up in China/Viettown?
-
Pretty certain it's universal. That's what they call it Toronto, Detroit, and Houston. Yeah, you really need to ask, but generally I've seen it covered with salmon, tuna and a lighter coloured fish. Question for all of you - when you go to a Japanese place for sushi that you haven't been to before, what do you order to "test out" the menu? I usually order a chirashi, since you get to try a variety of fish, see how generous the cut is and also whether they'll go cheap and add the fake crab/tamago (or a lot of salmon) into the mix.

Clearly, the only option was swimming to Mexico.
-
He already could since he absorbed every power that Peter had absorbed. This was simply to ensure that Hiro could go nowhere. Well, at least until we get the deus ex of Claire/Sylar's blood healing everyone.

It's all relative. Based on Episode 1 Ken shouldn't have been going "I cheated on Tina", he should've been singing "I kissed a girl and I liked it". Again, she managed to contain her freak out at the Roadblock, something that the Douche (note: not to be confused with the Douches) couldn't do.
-
Especially Terrence, who was perhaps the whiniest bitch of all the contestants on the Roadblock.
-
Pretty much my take on things. Tina freaked out a bit when she got hit with the paint, but I can't blame her for it, and she regained her composure enough that she and Ken powered through the Detour even with the Speed Bump. My fear here is that the Douches will be the Lyn and Karlyn of this Season and somehow sneak into the Final Three despite being perrenial backpackers. Given what CBS is saying about the Finale, it would make sense that it was them.
