Umm....actually they looked great. Aside from 2 botched special teams plays(albeit huge ones) they looked great. And every other week they prove that they can score when they want to. They dangle the carrot in front of other teams then snatch it away. Plus USC was knocked around by Cal and it came down to the last play in that game. So if you're going to give USC props for beating Cal then OU gets props for beating OSU.

Wow....just wow. One of the best Bedlam games ever! OSU is a lot better than anyone thought. OU had some major special teams problems but then they cleared that up. I don't think OU has anything to be ashamed of. They played a legit Top 25 maybe Top 15 team and hung in there even when OSU just kept getting up. That's tough when you knock a team down and it's back in your face immediately. But it was just an amazing game. OU proved why they're #2 with a hard win over a very good team on the road in a hostile environment. If they beat A&M next week in an even more hostile environment then they solidfy there place as one of the Top 2 teams in the nation. These in-state rivalries are crazy. First Cal almost knocks off USC and then OSU almost knocks off OU. It's crazy but I'm happy that OU was able to participate in one of the great games and prove themselves. Rather than folding up after 2 huge botched special teams and a never say die attitude from the other team they kept taking it to them. Just a great game.

This is an exciting game so far. A good road test for OU because next week I believe is the bigger test.

I'm all hyped up. My dad is an OSU fan so he's back in the bedroom going nuts after our snafu on special teams and then OU answers with a long TD and I just went nuts and got in his face. Then my excitement carried over to the board.

Wow there's just an air on College Gameday. It doesn't feel like a normal College Gameday. It's feeling like something big's going to happen. I have a feeling we're going to get a really tight and REALLY good game. Final score in the range of OU 31 OSU 28.

Alright here we go! Bedlam time! This is one of OU's toughest tests and they have a very real possibility of losing this week and possibly next week. Two road games against two Top 25 teams 2 weeks in a row. Boy that schedule sure is weak.

I really think OSU will do more than they did last year. Last year they only lost 3 games(4 if you count the tourney) and IMO fucked up against GA Tech. If they hadn't stuck Lucas out there to guard the final shot I think they would've won. But still......they only lost Tony Allen(on my Celtics now!) and they have more experience. The only thing I'm wondering about this season is if my Sooners will suck shit again. It's hard for them to suck as bad as they did last year though. Last year though everyone was injured and everyone else was a Freshman.

OSU returns just as loaded if not more loaded than last year and they're 8th? Oh well at least they got a first place vote. They only lost 3 games last season. I think they'll easily win the Big XII and easily roll to the Final Four again. Probably roll onto the championship game. Kansas #1? The same Kansas that chokes it every year?

Sooo... you've been a die-hard fan since all the way back... :: checks quote again :: ... to the middle of the season? No. I've always liked the Red Sox. I've never not watched baseball completely. I didn't know jack shit about it before and wasn't a regular watcher but when I did turn it on I was rooting for the Sox. Then I was finally like "Fuck it I'm getting into this shit this season! So I've got a team already.....I just need to learn the game!" So I started watching it and learning about the game and that's when I started getting hit with the history of the Sox and being like "Well I already liked them but this is cool. I hope they do it." And then they did it. So I'm like "Yay." and I celebrate. But it's not something life altering for me like it is for an 80 year old man that's been through it all.

The fact is though I was a fan of them before they started winning. So I didn't suddenly fall in love with them when they won the World Series. I was rooting for them when they were losing in the midseason. I have never supported another baseball team. Also I don't like 80 different teams. I like the Celtics and the Rockets. Different conferences. If they could meet in the finals every year I'd be a happy man. I like the Eagles(i've always liked the eagles) and the Chiefs. I root for both of them but Eagles take over all. If the Eagles and Chiefs played in every Super Bowl I'd be happy. You're probably thinking of when I rooted for the Patriots. I explained that b/c I was pissed about the Panthers beating the Eagles. So I put my hatred of the Patriots aside in hopes they'd whip the Panthers ass so I could have some measure of retribution. So no I don't like 80 different teams in sports. I like one baseball team and in the other sports the teams come from different conferences. And I still have a clearcut favorite over all else(Celtics and Eagles). And it wasn't the greatest thing that ever happened to me. But it is pretty damn exciting. The greatest thing for me will be when the Eagles FINALLY do it or the Celtics rise back to dominance(which may be a long time from now but i have time).

I dunno, man, they are pretty nice uniforms. ' Yeah, you had theirs and about 40 other team flags, too. Your point? Actually I had: OU, Red Sox, Celtics, Eagles, and Bruins. Point is that you're accusing me of jumping on the bandwagon when they started beating the Yankees and I'm saying that bandwagon didn't start when they were losing games and I was cheering them on. You're all wrong and you know you're all wrong.
