I CANNOT believe they brought Pedro into this game. Pedro sucks against the Yankees and now it's a 5 run game. Oh my god.

Actually there were talks about Auburn/OU/USC/Wisconsin/Utah/Miami all finishing undefeated. Something like that has never happened and the National Title game would still probably be OU/USC since they won't budge in the polls unless they lose. BUT this could force the NCAA to have a playoff. Could being the key word here.

Stupid mystery! Why does every new show have to have a mystery that makes me not want the show to end until it is revealed! Damn you ABC.

And if Miami or Auburn goes into that game then it deserves to be against OU. There schedule is arguably the same or tougher than USC's. And on top of that if they are one of the Top 2 teams in the country then they should be in that game. And if they don't get into the BCS title game and win out and go undefeated you will probably have another split national title.

That's some of your usual trolling. Give it an A for effort. They based all 3 teams off the fact that they were in bowl's last season. Originally there schedule was Bowling Green, Florida A&M, and an undetermined 3rd one. They made a move to make it stronger and they did. They tried to schedule USC but that didn't happen. What were they supposed to do. Schedule road games at Georgia, USC, and Michigan?

OU's conference play is still tough. These Big XII teams are going to end up not being in the Top 25 by the time all things are said and done b/c they're just going to beat each other as evidenced by the A&M/OSU game. OU plays 3 Top 25 teams this season and an outside chance of 4 depending on what Tech does. USC played Cal, ASU, and VT. They both played the same number of Top 25 teams. By the end of the season ASU and VT probably won't be in the Top 25 anymore meanwhile A&M and Texas and probably OSU will. If all three of these teams go undefeated then OU and Auburn deserve to play in the Orange Bowl. Not to mention that OU has to play in Stillwater and in College Station. On top of that they scheduled there non conference games based off of last season. They scheduled the teams thinking they would be good. It is not there fault that the teams ended up blowing and it's not there fault the Big XII north blows. However you CANNOT deny that they are one of the if not THE best team in the country and deserve to play for that national title based off of how good they actually are. If you are denying it then you either have a bias or are just plain stupid.

You go into that thread and bring up OU when I said NOTHING about them. Then when I try to explain what I said had nothing to do with OU you tell me that you're trying to get me into my "midseason form". Defense from hell in 02? That defense that let OU with that piece of trash Nate Hybl as QB put 34 up against them in the Rose Bowl?

Well Texas can't really help it that they play OU.....the Big XII can't really help it. The only team to consistently be able to take OU on is OSU. And on top of that Texas does play OSU every year and wins every year. And OSU last year was a good team.

Well I don't think they have been really. I think they just get beat down by a team that is just obviously better than them and is generally better than most if not all of the country.

They've won 10 games for like the past 6 seasons. They've beaten OSU every year a team that had no trouble beating OU 2 years in a row.

Texas really isn't as bad as you say they are. OU is just that much better than them.

Yet the OSU/Ole Miss game was very close. So was the Sugar Bowl(LSU's offense got dominated by OU's D in the second half). It's not like they all got blown out by 30 points.

No I still think that Texas(there D is good and if they can run they're dangerous) and Oklahoma State would give beat a lot of those guys. WSU? OSU would eat them for lunch. Same with ASU and Stanford. They're a lot better than they showed against A&M. A&M is just really good. The battle between OU and A&M in College Station will be pretty good. For some reason the Big XII and OU is always getting shit on. I don't know why. People like put on blinders and refuse to believe that any teams in it are any good.

I'm pretty sure he's already trained in wrestling. Which would make this show a sham b/c they should be getting kids that have never engaged in wrestling. That's why I didn't like Harvard being on the first season. But Miz and Trishelle have pretty much become professional reality stars....which would defeat the purpose of reality TV...if it were to have a purpose.....

5 teams? Texas is the biggest fraud in the country right now. OU, OSU and A&M are the only teams in the Big XII worth a damn this year. Texas is a voter favorite so they'll always be overrated but I doubt they could beat anyone in the top 25 with the team they currently have unless Vince Young is out for the season. The ACC, PAC 10, SEC and Big Ten are all better conferences this year. Hell Conference USA might be a slighty better conference this season. Yeah my ass CUSA is better. The teams in the Big XII south are good enough to make the conference tough to play in. Just as tough if not tougher than the Pac 10. Fact is that while OU doesn't play in the toughest conference in the country there schedule still isn't a cakewalk as they have to go through 3 legit Top 25 teams to finish the season.
