I however did however lose 25 pounds on the Atkins diet. It is torture because the loss of carbs makes you hungrier than you have ever been. But it really does work...and it has noticeable affects. I was under the impression that fasting was unhealthy. I thought it denied your body the vitamins and such it needed to keep you healthy. That's why they say never skip a meal. Always eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

What angles has Gowan been in? And he's by no meams the worse wrestler to have beaten Matt Hardy. And his loss is (apparently) part of Hardy's next angle, so it shouldn't be worthless. Well he was involved in the big angle with Hogan/McMahon/Piper and was used to help sell Vengeance with his McMahon match. But since then? He hasn't really had an angle...other than a chew toy for Brock.
