  1. Oh snap... he called me a tool. Get the shovel and bury me right now; this guy is good. He murks old topics and pretends he's Prince Paul (or TNM, whichever you prefer) to get over in HD, and then searches Google for an embarassing story about my username! SWEET! I bet you drink beer, too! Go watch wrestling, faggot.
  2. My name is Mark.
  3. Get my name changed? My name, is FAR superior to yours. Stop posting so much.
  4. They used to let us use their bases, IIRC.
  5. By the way, if this is an appropriations bill they're voting to amend, the Senate will not vote on it. In fact, I believe it IS an appropriations bill. If that's the case, I believe we can start a pool on how long it takes for the House of Saud to fall. EDIT: Reading the article, it seems the $25,000 is more of a fine than anything, a "we know what you're (not) doing, so shape up" type of measure. So, perhaps my previous comment was premature, but let's hope this is the start of a trend.
  6. I'm in favor of random bannings. Two per week, plz.
  7. Interesting, actually. I never knew Canada had restrictive laws like that.
  8. since you are here, did you get any email notice about me sending you a pay pal payment? I got an email confirmation sent to me saying I did....
  9. Can you name one qualified black person who was passed over because the nominee was black? If not, shut the hell up. If so, name him and the person who was affirmed instead.
  10. This is actually an account of what this "possible child abuse" entails: http://stream.realimpact.net/?file=clients...ossroads_300.rm It starts at about 1:07 on the tape, and the juicy stuff starts at around 1:30. This is a sample.
  11. Zorin, again, if the US went after every tyrant out there, you'd gripe about that, too. -=Mike Hi, straw man.
  12. Yeah... that's it. You made a completely unfounded accusation and refused to even address my previous post. Peachy. Moot point. If Kerry doesn't appoint any minorities, it'll be debatable, but at this point, that still says absolutely nothing about whether Democrats will vote for a black man. This is what we call a straw man, ladies and gentlemen. Shut up, I just answered you. Whatever happened to the "most qualified individual"? Isn't that what you used to blather on about with affirmative action? Can you name one circumstance in which a black man was proverbially shafted in a situation where the Democrats appointed a less qualified white man instead? Or are you retardedly suggesting that there should have been a "token black man" appointed to someone's cabinet? Because, as I just insinuated, that's a complete turnabout from your position on affirmative action, albeit not the first time you've sold out your positions on other issues for convenience. And again, what in the bloody hell does any of this have to do with whether or not the Democrats would vote for a black man? The President isn't appointed, 2000 notwithstanding. (Joke, morons. Remove your panties from your ass.)
  13. For either party? How does this have anything to do with whether or not someone will vote for him? Have any worthwhile blacks actually run? And Al Sharpton doesn't count. Who would that be? And this is the part where you pull down your pants and start talking out of your ass because you've got precisely no point. Good day, sir.
  14. Please, oh please, provide some ounce of a source on this. I honestly thought that you were joking, and thus, I replied with a joke. Obviously I was wrong. I gave you too much credit. Can you back up your insipidly stupid opinion, please? Or did my previous characterization of you actually hit the nail right on the fucking head?
  15. http://news.bostonherald.com/national/view...articleid=35628 That's a pretty good biographical story about Obama, if anyone's interested. Trust me, you'll be hearing his name a lot in the next 10 years.
  16. Well, Jesus, I could've told you that.
  17. Like Democrats would ever vote for a black man... -=Mike Shut up, stupid.
  18. I was actually more confused than anything. Don't fuck with my mind. It's too early for that shit.
  19. So is Obama, even though Jordan would still probably win. If you haven't heard of him, you will in the next few years. He'll probably win this seat easily; I, personally, believe he'll be President the next time the Dems are in an election where they don't have an incumbent president. He's charismatic, intelligent, and progressive (i.e. everything that the Democrats want, but don't have in this election). I believe he'll be our first black President when the time comes.
  20. Well, he's not running. CBS 2 in Chicago is reporting Ditka ruled out his potential Senate run after hearing about some of the financing laws (i.e. he'd have to give up his Levitra endorsement). So, looks like Obama (who is one of the rising stars in the Democratic party) will be your next senator from Illinois.
  21. Just FYI: the vote was for cloiture, not an up-or-down vote for the amendment. In effect, there is a filibuster against the amendment even being voted on, and there wasn't even a majority that voted to end it. It's not even gonna pass the Senate, guys; this is a moot topic.
