Why do they keep killing all the interesting characters (assuming the worst about Logan)? Tom and the VP will be gone soon at this rate. And I'm not sure how a series that has had the main character's wife die in his arms, Air Force One shot down, and a former President getting shot in the throat in the first few minutes of a season (among a bunch of other stuff I'm sure I'm forgetting) can call someone getting stabbed in the shoulder the most shocking moment in the history of the show.

The only reason that game was even close, though, was Emery. Especially in the first period. It probably should have been 3-0 Leafs early in the 1st, but Emery made a few great stops.

I always get a laugh when I see that guy pop up. Can't help but think of him wearing a dress when he played Drew Carey's brother. I also liked seeing Jack's dad from Lost and Chappelle from 24 (even if he was wearing a dumb looking wig). Oh, and Minkus.

Probably not. He smashed into the boards hard after getting hit in the head on one side. And a tighter helmet wouldn't have stopped him from hurting his neck. And I was just watching a replay of the hit on YouTube using the Devils feed. Apparently it was Kaberle's fault for not expecting Janssen to hit him almost 2 seconds after he passed the puck.

Those 'My NHL' commercials they played last season were stupid. Rather than use actual players, they used actors in those generic NHL sweaters. I can understand if they didn't want to use Crosby and Ovechkin before they had even played an actual game in the league, but there are other players. There are some better ones I've seen this season. The bachelor party waiting for the Swedish twins and the Sedins come in and start dancing is kind of funny. They really should try and buy more ad time on NBC.
