  1. U R 2 SMRTZ! EDIT: Well I'll be damned, he didn't job. EDIT2: Whoops, I forgot that the match doesn't end after the time runs out. So yeah, he did job.
  2. This is yet another "what the fuck" RAW. What have they been smokin' backstage for the past few months?
  3. Did Vince just ask if he could beat Bret Hart up? I didn't totally catch that.
  4. Well I don't think we need to even say anything about this Kurt Angle rant...
  5. Ok, that was great. Chavo didn't job, looked strong, beat down Masters after the match, AND had his music playing as Masters left. I wouldn't have guessed that at all.
  6. Holy shit, they didn't job Chavo there, and they also made him look pretty damn strong in there against Masters.
  7. I don't understanding jobbing here at all.
  8. Is that Matt Striker?
  9. Ok. What in the hell was with how Vince was acting?
  10. I'll start reading it tonight. What are some other recent wrestling books? These things seem to just sneak onto the market at times.
  11. Have any of you guys actually read this book yet? I got a few WalMart gift cards for Christmas, so I used one of the $20 cards to pick this up ($17.98 or so). I haven't read any of it yet really, but I did notice the one page that Vince McMahon wrote at the front of the book, and by just flipping through the pages I noticed this quote from Eddie near the end that stood out to me: "God forbid something were to happen to me where I couldn't work anymore, I can honestly say I am satisfied with the effort that I've given these past few years. I have given my all, my full heart. I can walk away and know that I've given the best I had to give. My dad taught me early on that wrestling is bigger than any one person, bigger than any of us. If I retire, the show is going to go on. Another person will step into my place. That's just the way it is."
  12. I bought this game the other day, I don't really know why but I did, so here you go: nick: Brent Fcode: 5025-7287-1851 Town: Sudden V I never played the first AC, so I don't really get the entire "point" so far, but I'm going to stick with it for a little while longer.
  13. The tragic loss of Tim White right after Eddie's passing was just too much for DiBiase, both emotionally and physically.
  14. And now, from PWInsider:
  15. I'm just glad I'm not the only one who first thought this topic was "Tim White's 'Suicide' kit". I still think it says that when I see it for some reason.
  16. From PWInsider:
  17. I added you Ced.
  18. How many times, if any, have Shelton and RVD wrestled?
  19. For the love of God, don't put that thought in their heads!
  20. Speaking of Foley, I would love to see a Foley/JBL feud, as long as Foley didn't just phone it in. I'd be willing to bet that they could have some great brawls.
  21. I wouldn't have cared if Chris Masters had beat Cena for the title, so I would obviously be pulling for HHH to beat Cena since I am so anti-Cena.
  22. Did Joey Styles and Jerry Lawler make it over there with them, or did they record this in the studio?
  23. I have a .GIF of it on my computer somewhere. The man sure loved to dance though:
  24. That doesn't make up for the fact that he's up there with the best of the worst in terms of horrible gimmicks. -Friar Ferguson -Bastien Booger -Trucker Norm -Norman the Lunitic But yes, he was a solid worker, especially pre-WWF (Stampede). I think a better question, instead of asking why people still watch, would be this. Why exactly do you care what complete strangers watch? I don't understand why people still seem to enjoy all of the reality TV, but I'm not all that interested in going to a message board full of people like that questioning them about it. I'm sure you, and others who don't watch WWE anymore but still question why other people watch, are into all kinds of stuff that a lot of other people would see as a waste of time, but like you said, to each their own. I failed to mention it before, but there are actually quite a few workers that I still enjoy watching, even if they are being jobbed out for the time being. The overall booking of the storylines it my biggest problem right now. If they could get their shit together in terms of the storylines, I'd be more willing to give them a pass when it comes to some of the overly stupid and offensive stuff.
  25. Shelton Benjamin is going through a change right now. Make it happen Vince.
