    The Office: Season 4

I don't know, you'd think Dwight would know all the precautions to be taken in order to engage in safe sex (being as how he's a stickler to detail), so I think it would be slightly out of character for him, at least IMO. Andy as a father would be disturbing, to say the least. Michael as a father would be awesome, however, although seeing as how he and Jan seem to be estranged it might be out of the question.

The hatred between UNC and State is pretty much exclusively on the State side. They hate Carolina because, well, they're Carolina and they're the kings. Most UNC fans that I've encountered, myself included, have always kind of dismissed State as the "annoying kid brother" of the ACC. He might be able to beat you in a game every once in a while, and you smile at his pluckiness, but in the end he's just your little brother and you know he has no threat of taking the throne. I mean I can't say that I shed any tears when they lose, but for the most part I tolerate them just because I have so many connections to the university. Wake Forest I could care less about either way. Duke on the other hand...

The main reason for this is because I live in Raleigh, but ALL of my friends here either go to State or graduated from State (unlike myself), so I feel kind of guilty rooting for them to lose in a game like last night.

I'm beginning to think Wayne Ellington may be more important to the Heels than Hansbrough, although he got a lot of shots because of the attention Tyler was getting underneath. Plus, they didn't even have Ty Lawson in the lineup, so my Heels are going to be scary once they start REALLY clicking. My B team, the Wolfpack looked like a bunch of high schoolers last night against Michigan State, the Spartans seemed to just score at will and steal the ball on defense every other possession.

They should just make the Bowl Championship game be the winner of the SEC versus the highest non-SEC team in the BCS, it's only fair. Some of the best games I've ever seen from that conference this year.

    Recommend a Song V2.0

How much have you heard from this album, Frogg? I really don't want to get my expectations up, since they really haven't come through in a major way since their debut.

    Pizza Hut

fuckin' unreal. Memories of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on VHS. Bossa Nova. Chevy Nova. Elf Lips. I got in trouble one time at school for saying "up your rear cow derriere." I got that from Ninja Turtles. Yeah, I remember that ad at the beginning too, CUZ I PLAY RIGHT FIELD, IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW

I wonder if Denver's jekyll and hyde season will continue at Chicago. If they play like they did last night, things are looking good. If they play like they did two weeks ago against Detroit...

    Christmas music

Oh man, I HATE that song too. Probably right up there with "Feliz Navidad," and the Hawaiian Christmas song for my least favrotie holiday song.

    Christmas music

Oh Jesus I've been trying to repress the memories of that album forever. When I was a kid that tape was ALWAYS fucking playing whenever my mom drove us anywhere in the winter. Sleighride, a song I would otherwise probably love, gives me fucking nightmares because of hearing the Amy Grant version so many times. They play her version of Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree on the radio up here a lot. It's not god awful or anything but I don't like it much at all. I'll take the Brenda Lee version anyday. My mom played this shit relentlessly, too. I really dig Elvis Christmas stuff and the Home Alone soundtracks. Yeah, believe it.

    Pizza Hut

Yeah, for those of us who've worked "behind the scenes" it puts a whole new spin on the nastiness of it all. We always just traded for some KFC or some Bojangles, the hell with pizza.

    NFL WEEK ELEVEN- Proving grounds.

I like to think that the Broncos aren't as terrible as many people seem to believe. The only teams they've lost to so far this year have turned out to be pretty good, although they did get trashed by almost all of them, and they've beaten a few teams this year like the Steelers and the Bills who aren't throwaways, especially now that more people are putting the Steelers in the AFC title game (against the Pats, natch) the past couple weeks.

    Planet Hulk

I don't follow many current story lines, but I just want to see if this is the one where Iron Man and others send the Hulk to another planet to "protect" Earth from him. The planet is subsequently destroyed and Hulk comes back all pissed off and mad at those who sent him away. Is this accurate?

When done acoustically, the title track is amazing. He actually did it that way initially for the Nebraska album, but later "electrified" it and put it on BITUSA. Czech, you should check (no pun intended) out that version, it's on the Tracks box set. "Dancing in the Dark" from the Rising tour is lots of fun, he makes it more guitar oriented and leaves out much of the keyboards that make the studio version sound so dated today. In fact, almost every song off of that album is done better live.

Here's mine, tweaked somewhat from the last time I posted it: 1. BTR 2. Darkness 3. Wild, Innocent... 4. Greetings 5. BITUSA 6. River 7. Rising 8. Tunnel of Love 9. Nebraska 10. Devils and Dust 11. Magic 12. Lucky Town 13. Tom Joad 14. Human Touch I know you'll give me flak for having Nebraska so low, but I think there's only one truly classic cut on the disc, "Atlantic City," while there are several songs that have never really done anything for me; the title song, "Mansion on the Hill," "State Trooper," "Used Cars," "My Father's House." BITUSA gets a bad rap, but I don't really know why, overexposure maybe, or is it emphasis on singles? The album tracks are great, "No Surrender" is a near classic, while "Downbound Train" isn't far behind. "Bobby Jean" is great too, and once you get over the "I don't like the hits stage" with stuff like "Dancing," the title track, and "Glory Days," you realize they're better than you initially gave them credit for. I loved them when I first got into Bruce, then hated them, now I've re-embraced them, especially after hearing them on live boots, where they are ten times better than their studio counterparts, ESPECIALLY "Dancing." Czech, have you heard any of the "River?" You probably wouldn't dig it too terribly much, since it's a cross between "Darkness" and "BITUSA" and you have them both pretty low, with Darkness almost criminally so. To each their own, though. I can hook you up with some boots too, if you're interested, since hearing him in studio is only half the story.

    Mundane Sports Achievements

I won the doubles volleyball tournament senior year. I was pretty good at volleyball but just average at most normal sports. I was also pretty good at dodgeball in most of its incarnations. I guess more in line with the topic, me and my friend made this game up where each person sits on one end of the living room and try to slap this empty can of beef jerky (looked like a can of snuff) across the other's goal. It was pretty stupid (what else do you do freshman year of high school?, you're at the bottom of the food chain) but it kept us active for a good hour or so. Another dumb game was invented by me and my brother, I guess around middle school (I was in 6th and my brother was in 4th). You get one of those plastic brooms and start out with each player holding onto one end. Your goal is to wrest control of the broom away from your opponent and "stab" your opponent with it, preferably in the chest, ribs, or stomach. Pretty brutal game, but it was pretty intense when your on the couch and your brother is trying to put a broom through your ribs. Really, there were no achievements in the above paragraph, but they were mundane enough I figured they warranted inclusion.
