Yeah, there sure has been a lot of that going on lately over there.

RRR, your avatar can be changed back to normal. Still one week left for the sig though. See anything on the New Year's show you wanna wager with?

Let's contain the liberal post-election hysteria

Well come to Asheville, NC, where there's a certain group of people stuck in a time warp who think they're still in the sixties. Kind of like southerners who are stuck in the 1860's, but not as bad. -

I think the one thing that everyone learned from this election is that hippies absolutely suck. -
Because hippies suck ass.

They should change the name of this show to "Gross Factor" because that seems to be the focus now instead of, you know, actually doing scary stuff.

I agree entirely. The one for Playstation is flawed, because there was a cheat you could use on the Dreamcast that would unlock all secret characters and give you unlimited attribute points for CAW. I got tired of the PS2 version before I managed to get all the secret characters and attributes.

Homer: We always have one good kid and one bad kid. Why can't both our kids be good? Marge: Homer, we have two kids! Homer: Marge, the dog doesn't count as a kid! Marge: I was talking about Maggie! Homer: Oh, yeah.

Mirko should be able to beat Hunt. If Mirko can get Hunt on the ground, I don't see this lasting long. Hunt of course won't be KO'd, but I can see a TKO finish. I'm picking Fedor again, because he is unstoppable until proven otherwise. Yoshida should be able to finish Rulon fairly quickly. Sakuraba is JUST that much better than Tamura in each category. I see the striking in Sak's advantage for sure, and that should be the deciding factor, though not necessarily the finish. I can see Couture and Silva fighting in the near future. When Couture's contract with UFC runs out, I can see Pride throwing big bucks his way. In the ring Silva should take it and, I dare say, may even dominate. Couture's record in the ring is fairly spotty, with boring decision victories and losses to Enson Inoue and Valentijn Overeem, who, while great fighters, aren't really in the A class level in MMA.

Hey Vern, I had Guderian up in my sig for like a week or two. I wouldn't necessairly call him a mastermind or anything. Manstein was a better tactician and strategist. Unless of course he's one of the "bad."

The big argument is who is the greatest rapper ever, Biggie or 2Pac? Easy answer is neither, cuz it's Chuck D. "I ventured into the courtyard Followed by 52 brothers Bruised, battered, and scarred but hard Goin' out with a bang Ready to bang out But power from the sky And from the tower shots rang out A high number of dose - yes And some came close Figure I trigger my steel Stand and hold my post This is what I mean - an anti-nigger machine If I come out alive and then they won't - come clean And then I threw up my steel bullets - flew up Blew up, who shot... What, who, the bazooka was who And to my rescue, it was the S1Ws Secured my getaway, so I just gotaway The joint broke, from the black smoke Then they saw it was rougher thatn the average bluffer 'Cause the steel was black, the attitude exact Now the chase is on tellin' you to c'mon 53 brothers on the run, and we are gone"

This was pretty damn interesting. You could have some bitchin hardcore matches if you had this disease! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6379795/?GT1=5740

I forgot if it was Wake Forest or NC State or Davidson that completed the triangle, and to Stephen..... Tech is MUCH MUCH more fun than MIT. I've visited MIT and it's LAME. Whereas when I visit friends at Tech I end up vomiting in weird places, doing things with weird girls, and then waking up huddled outside The Varsity or on a random couch at 5 AM the way a college weekend should be. The triangle is State, Duke, and UNC-Chapel Hill. They're all in the Raleigh-Durham area. Davidson is north of Charlotte. Don't forget about Wake, UNC-Asheville, Western Carolina, UNC-Charlotte, UNC Wilmington, Eastern Carolina, UNC Greensboro, etc. Lots of colleges for some backwoods hick redneck state. Player can eat a big fat conservative dick.

I also have no idea why so many people picked against Herring. He had a considerable height advatage, weight advantage, he's beat better fighters, we actually know something about him, unlike Yokoi who beat a journeyman fighter in Venetiaan and lasted ten minutes with Nogueira in an overrated performance. Randy COULD beat Silva. Would it be pussing out if I said that Randy would win in a cage while Silva would win in the ring? Well, I'm not going to say that because I think Silva would win in either one. His striking is dangerous enough that he could afford to be taken down and still come back and KO Randy later on in the match. Randy has shown susceptibility to submission fighters in the past (Inoue, Overeem) so Wandy might even pull a sub out of his oft-overlooked black belt in BJJ.

Wow, forgot about Wake Forest, thanks Czech! Those four schools all within an hour or so of each other, probably forms the best collection of education in that size radius in the U.S. Or something.
-
I think you're thinking of N.C. State not Davidson.
-
Um, I happen to live in North Carolina, so you can just suck my illiterate southern inbred dick.

To NoMercy: Deal with it hippie! Your side lost.!

This kind of throws plans out the window for Silva/Cro Cop II, but it leaves the door open for... Silva/Sakuraba IV! Sadly, I think that may be the path they are going.

I kind of feel sorry for Rudo because of the way that Hendo/Naka match ended. Don't worry I'll take pity on you: on November 8th you can change the avatar back, and on the 15th you can change the sig back. I forsee more avatar/sig battles to come in the future. Anyone else wanna join in?

Okay: Haven't seen Choi's fight, Overeem/Kanehara, or Emelianenko/Thompson, so no comment. Hunt vs. Bobish was lackluster, with Bobish controlling for almost the entire fight before gassing out, after which Hunt wins on a weak uppercut and sloppy kick. Hunt was pretty damn gassed as well. Herring destroying Yokoi was fun, because there was a lot of people pimping Yokoi coming into this match and Herring just absolutely obliterated him. Hendo/Nakamura and Cro Cop/Barnett sucked because of the weird finishes. This would have been a bad ass card if those matches had played out. Silva/Jackson was the fight of the year and probably the best Pride fight since Nog/Henderson in December 2002. This match had everything, excellent stand up, some exciting moments on the ground, momentum shifts; everything a good match should stand for. Right now, I see only Couture and Little Nog as threats to Silva in the near future, as he was just imposing in that match, coming back in true champion style after getting in trouble late in the first. Good, but not great card.

RRR, your new sig should read: "benoitrulz4life is the REAL MMA guru of the TSM forums!"
-
I've already seen the Japanese version, but is the PPV over in America yet? I'm ready to do some discussing.
