Following the Batum trade, Darrell Arthur is now headed to Memphis for Donte' Greene and a second-rounder next year. Traded three times in one night, that's rough.

Minnesota is clearly the winner here, btw. Memphis can opt out of Walker's contract after this season, but they've got to shell out almost $35 million to Buckner and Jaric, who have been relative non-factors for quite a while, over the next 3 years. Meanwhile, Minnesota gets a potential 20+ ppg guy in Miller, an expiring contract in Collins who is also a strong post defender, and Cardinal who expires in 2010. Maybe Mayo will be the better pro than Love, but I don't know that he is worth just Miller right now, much less both of those two.

Neither does O.J. Mayo and Rudy Gay.

ESPN says it's Batum for Arthur and Dorsey.

Toronto is also getting the Pacers' second-round pick, while the Pacers are bringing back Maceo Baston from the Raptors. Baston will probably wind up being an irrelevant part of this deal, if we even keep him around at all, but I'd like to see him get another chance here in O'Brien's system, he's a hell of an athlete, can block shots and is a great finisher at the rim. Ford now has us going with Kosta Koufos and Mario Chalmers with our picks. That looks like a solid combo.

We lost our power last Sunday from like 9:00 to about 4 in the morning. All it was was some hard winds and lightning, but lo and behold it was just enough to knock out our street and the two streets surrounding us, while the rest of the neighborhood was unaffected.
