...wow... I weight 180lbs and stand at 5'8. I'd be Cruiserweight material. If I knew how to box. Actually if I trained and everything, I'd be Heavyweight (since the limit is 190 for Cruiser, and frankly, I'd go over that by actually putting some muscle on this twig like body o'mine).

SWF Lockdown! Card - March 17, 2004
Lightning Flik replied to HVilleThugg's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
I don't know... Are people thrilled I'm returning? I could've sworn I did nothing other than play a small part in RSR. And also brought about its collapse by being the first member to leave. And also sucked ass. Other than that, people be thrilled I've returned. I mean, after all, you guys obviously need a Jobber To The Stars. And frankly, you've now got one. -
SWF Lockdown Premonitions
Lightning Flik replied to Cuban Linx's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
OPENING PROMO: John Duran ~ Janus comes along and beats his ass. SUBMISSION MATCH FOR THE INTERCONTINENTAL-TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP Toxxic vs. Insane Luchadore© ~ I've recently heard that IL hasn't been showing lately, which makes me sad... Because I know if IL would show, he'd win. Yet, because IL hasn't been showing consistantly, I say Toxxic gets double gold. Winner: Toxxic NO-DISQUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH Terrence Bailey or Janus vs. Mike Van Siclen ~ Either way, MVS is going to be punked up by The Anti-Heel Machine. IN CONCERT: Alan Clark ~ ... <---- all I got to say. SINGLES MATCH Dace “F’N” Night vs. Sacred ~ Night is falling on Sacred for the 1-2-3. (OMG, was that ever bad...) SINGLES MATCH FOR THE #1 CONTENDERSHIP TO THE SWF CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE Johnny Dangerous vs. Jimmy “The Demon” Liston ~ The Secret Agent is out to save the World! ...ok, he's just going to win a Cruiserweight #1 Contendership. SINGLES MATCH FOR THE SWF UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP “The Coyote” Coy West© vs. Alan Clark ~ Call me a crazy loon ... I didn't mean literally. Anyways, but I think Alan Clark will pull out the victory and we'll have two people with duel belts. Just to make life interesting around the SWF. MAIN EVENT TAG TEAM MATCH House of Todd (Todd Royal/Landon Maddix) vs. Charlie “Grappler” Matthews/Ann “Ichiban” Onita Special Guest Commentator: “The Notorious” John Duran ~ Unless Todd shows, or Duran helps write up this match with Landon, I see Ichiban Grappling Force winning this match. Of course, I suspect an all out brawl at the end with Duran and Janus, and everyone just trying to kill each other. The usual stuff you see at the end of a show. -
It is two keepers you get to keep. Edit: For the record, I'm retaining two keepers as well. I'm still trying to decide between the three I have locked down as the ones I want.

An EWR Diary - Where It All Begins ... Again!
Lightning Flik replied to Lightning Flik's topic in General Wrestling
Info On This Diary: WWE Starts Off At 10PI Global due to the latest blunders that happened. Namely, WrestleMania XX sucking, Brock Lesnar really leaving, Goldberg as well, along with not being able to sign Rob Van Dam. NWATNA starts off at 40 PI due to they just get rated way to freaking high by RaveX, I believe. ECW starts off with just a $1,000,000 and 15PI at National. Why are we behind NWATNA? Because frankly I want to crush them first, then worry about WWE. Paul Heyman has been automatically signed to ECW. RoH dropped to 60PI Cult because of the RF scandal. Info On Why I'm Doing This Diary: My computer crashed and burned a couple of days ago, and I lost all my diary infos. Instead of redoing them up, I just decided to do another one. I hope you enjoy this one. -
Reminder to all teams returning for next season: If you want keepers or take a swing at first and second round picks, you must make mention of this come this Sunday. This is a per team thing, not a league decisionary thing. Keepers were agreed upon, so let's go. And yes, Razazteca, I know you are keeping. Just make mention of who you are still in deciding on which they'll take. Also, were you are at the end of the regular season determines where you'll be position in the 2004-05 draft. So if you say, have first place like Razazteca, you will be 16th in ALL rounds. No serpentine drafting, straight up, offline drafting. Just a healthy reminder to everyone.

SWF Lockdown! Card - March 17, 2004
Lightning Flik replied to HVilleThugg's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
I think he's got a ICTV Contendership... I think. It was either that one or USJL. Oh and btw, don't yell at CC about me, Thugg. You should direct that towards me, ok? -
SWF Lockdown! Card - March 17, 2004
Lightning Flik replied to HVilleThugg's topic in Smarks Wrestling Federation
Hm. Interesting card. Lots of important matchups. We'll have to see how that goes. -
If you say the GC's latest game, you KNOW that it wouldn't be like it.

Minor Edit: Finisher changed to be a little more akin with the moveset. Smarks Board Name: Lightning Flik Wrestler’s Name: Edward James Alias: Eddy J Nicknames: [Has Acquired No Nicknames Yet] Height: 6'7 Weight: 276 lbs. Hometown: Redwater, Alberta, Canada. Date Of Birth: March 29th, 1982 Age: 21 Years Pro: Rookie (Trained for 3 years though) Face/Heel: Face Stable: None Ring Escort: None Description: Body - Standing as tall as a giant and built like an ox never described anyone better than Edward James. His massive frame is just a prime specimen of excellent physic and fitness and is clearly at the top form that it can be. Face - A face that clearly displays his youth as it is unblemished with any wear, tear or facial hair. The blue eyes shine with innocence and naivety yet carry about them a glint of something dark and sinister. Hair - His hair is unlike his body or attitude. The brown hair adorned on his head is absolute mess, as it spans out in spikes all over the place. One would swear that he just woke up and left it exactly the way it is. Attire: Blue jeans, silver belt, white t-shirt, and red baseball cap. Standard attire for a standard sort of guy. Ring Music: Darkest Omen (A Remix by mv on VGMix.com of Yasunori Mitsuda’s Black Omen off of Chrono Trigger) Ring Entrance: Around the arena the lights drop out, leaving everyone shrouded in complete and total darkness. After a few moments of silence, an ominous voice bellows from the rafters as the SmarkTron slowly fades to life, showing a large crag of mountain that seems larger than life... "An overwhelming symbol of power..." ...the voice fades away as the opening notes of "Darkest Omen" cascade over the crowd, two large spotlights hit the entrance ramp, showing a large figure standing tall and looking out over the arena. The music continues and the man steps from the shadows, revealing himself to be none other than Edward James. With an intense look frozen in his eyes, Edward walks to the ring, his every step met with the mix of slow, classical tones and cymbal crashes of his music... (Funyon says his peace here) The crowd cheers the rookie as he climbs the ring steps, turning to face them as he reaches the apron. He raises one fist slow and delibrately, holding it high in the air for a moment before turning back and climbing into the ring, his motions like a caged lion - waiting to be unleashed onto the SWF. Stats: ¯¯¯¯¯ Strength: 10 [Eddy J is just naturally gifted with power. Meaning any power move hurts like hell.] Speed: 4 [Don’t get me wrong. Eddy J can be speedy, but is not athletic. Hence, he’ll use his power instead of his speed more often then not.] Vitality: 5 [Eddy J has a little more endurance than the ordinary person, but that is probably because he eats his veggies, takes his vitamins and is very consistent in his routines.] Charisma: 1 [Eddy J can cut a normal promo that gets his point across.] Style: Newbie wrestler with some promise. So please, full fill the need to make sure he makes a mistake here and there. I know I will. Basically Signature Moves: Powerslam Choke Bomb (think of A-Train's finisher) Military Press Drop Samoan Drop Military Press Drop into Gutbuster Gutwrench Brainbuster Bear Hug into Sidewalk Slam Flapjack into DDT/Neckbreaker Stalling Jackhammer Lifting Double Arm DDT (the Stevie-T) Common Moves: Arm Drag Clothesline (Lariato and Jumping as well) Big Boot Knife Edge Chops Dragon Screw Scoop Slam Gutwrench Suplex Avalanche Charge Headlock Takedown Side Headlock Bulldog Russian Leg Sweep Suplex Back Drop Suplex Snap Suplex Spine Buster Neckbreaker (Swinging and as a Counter as well) DDT (Tornado and Reversed as well) Key Lock Double Axe Handle Rare Move: Death Valley Driver Impact Finisher: Head Rush - Canadian Backbreaker Crucifix Powerbomb (Opponent over your shoulders, ala Dominator. Grab their arms, spreading them out. After that, toss them over the shoulder and onto the mat.)

Problem with that is can you name 6 of the top Smackdown stars? It would probably end up being one of these guys: Undertaker * Rob Van Dam ** Rey Mysterio Kurt Angle Big Show Eddie Guerrero Chavo Guerrero A-Train * Undertaker may not be around after SummerSlam since his return to the old school gimmick means a one final run. Which possibly means he's gone before Smackdown 6 and Vince decides not to have him in the game. ** This is assuming Rob Van Dam moves over to Smackdown. This is assuming the first six people will be on Smackdown, and hence be on the cover. If not, then you have the last six on the cover.

TSM Head-to-head FantasyBaseball League~!
Lightning Flik replied to Lightning Flik's topic in Sports
*shrugs* I like making trades that I think will improve my team. Yes, you don't know for sure till the season starts, but if I think I can improve my team, I will do so before the season starts. -
Hey! Pocono Poison. Steal some freaking games from Alfdogg. He gets 8-0 off of ya, and I'll have to pull off the exact same feat. ...what, nevermind. Checking your stats and comparing them to my current, that shouldn't be too freaking hard (this is for next week). But I don't know if I can win enough so that I can pass both Pocono Poison and Alfdogg (which is what I'd have to do, and probably White Tigers as well).

Tim Wakefield and Mark Redman are up for trade.

TSM Head-to-head FantasyBaseball League~!
Lightning Flik replied to Lightning Flik's topic in Sports
Is everyone content with their teams and that's why I practically see nothing happening? Because it is starting to get quite sad that nothing is happening. -
Could you please move this thread back to the...
Lightning Flik replied to Downhome's topic in Site Feedback
I agree as well since by putting it into Fantasy Booking has practically killed any discussion the thread actually has. And I say "How To Fix It" in my sig, because that's pretty much you'd have to do, to enjoy the WWE again. -
Online play eh? That's cool. Can we set up our own federations and stuff? Cause that would rock. I would be willing to be in a online federation.
-
Actually Triple R, he still does sell a hell of a lot. Merchandise for SCSA still sells a hell of a lot more than all the others do. He may not draw or wrestle, but he sells merchandise. Sadly, if they put half of the effort into everyone else's stuff, maybe he wouldn't be the only one selling stuff.

...Possible for the WWE to seem important again?
Lightning Flik replied to The Amazing Rando's topic in General Wrestling
Ok... WHO THE FUCK MOVED THIS??? Whoever was the mod who moved this (which isn't fantasy booking, but an in-depth system of how to fix things) should be forced to apologize to Rando. I'm not being sarcastic or anything. You, the mod who moved this deserve to apologize for practically kill off this very good thoughtful thread. You send it here everyone is going to assume this is a fantasy thread. And it isn't. That being said, I think this idea is a pretty good idea. Actually it is a hell of an idea. I really like the idea of the feuds since having that many feuds would make people care a lot. Although, I have a problem with so many as you'd need to have some end at the same time so as to get people to bounce from one to another. My only problem with the feuding system. The point category also comes up with the problem is how do you decided who gets to challenge for what title? Would there be a selected amount, or would people have to be slated in certain divisions? And if they are slated, how do they ever rise above their division they are in? Other than that, good read. I'd rather think about this before I respond more, although I must say the OVW idea is ingenious really. -
Sadly, I don't know the joy of having to shave... Much. I just have to shave like once every ... four days. It's pretty sad... So of course, I just need a regular shaver. Nothing fancy. Just regular two bladed one. Yup.
-
When I saw that I was because it didn't make much sense (to my tiny knowledge of baseball stats). So that's why I voided it.
-
Oh? So he actually moved someone. Still doesn't make me a happy commish.
-
Fuck you. When my team kicks your ass, you'll be sorry.
-
Can I join?
-
I've listed both Pogo The Monkey and Gwangju White Tigers as inactive. I haven't see either team play freaking consistantly for a while. [sarcasm]And shit to Karl Malone showing up. This ruins everything in me making the playoffs.[/sarcasm] My team's still going to kick your ass Al.
