I actually met Kiki at the first Nuggets home game... he sat up in the general admission seats to watch the game, and he was sitting just in front of me for about all of the first half. It was asweome.

Amen. A 3 way promotion war would have ruled so much, had it been booked properly. The fans went fkn nuts when the ECW Crew re-formed... but no... we've gotta let a fuckin McMahon run the damn thing, and have all of them them basically become slaves to Austin and the McMahons. The whole Invasion angle was pretty much a joke after ECW/WCW "joined forces." That whole angle could have become absolutely huge, but instead Vince just had to fuck that angle up and make his WWF guys look superior. Basically anything involving McMahons, WWE Divas, Announcers, or a wrestler's "Past History" has been a complete joke and a waste of time.

Well... recent as in the last year or so before they were bought out.

I don't know if this was a screw up up or not, but I remember at a recent WCW PPV when Scott Hall had a pin on Sting, the referee slamed his hand down once, and then started to count a fall, getting to two before Hall kicked out.

The only real beef I have with the refs these days is that it takes absolutely no effort to knock their asses out these days... one punch, one suplex, and they're out for half the god damn match until someone shakes them a little bit... while Rey Mysterio, who is just as big, if not smaller than some of the refs takes a chair shot in a match, and somehow is still concious at the end. Call me crazy... but that's just very unrealistic.

Well King, the SWFers (most of them I think) read JL shows anyway... so what's the difference? j/p
