Technically, the Archives have started already with the two live discs recently released. The first box set "will" be released next February.

The media is now finally starting to report how much Bush's wars will actually cost. The reports are that the combined costs of Iraq & Afghanistan (with obvious emphasis largely on Iraq, the near-singlular focus of this Administration) will reach 2.4 trillion dollars. This, however, only covers up to 2017 and does not include the billions in benefits (unless future leaders cut benefits for soldiers) to the veterans & their dependants. This WILL top 3 trillion dollars. This will have been ABSOLUTELY the biggest government in our history.

Hey, Green Bay, re-sign Samkon Gado.
-
I don't believe that.

Mike cried & put me on ignore when I called him a pussy. I think vyce suffered a stroke.

Music would be better if people didn't steal it, though.

That's pretty much exactly what was being said about Pavlik before the Miranda fight.

Good luck.

Type O Negative show was entertaining. Peter Steele drank at least a six-pack of wine bottles. Sound was way too loud & I'm only now getting full hearing back in my left ear. The middle-aged-and-older fans were the funniest of all. I don't know why people would mosh at a Type O show, didn't seem appropriate to me. Lordi was pretty dumb.

Ordinary People makes the whole album worthwhile.

No Journey?

Listening to the new Neil Young. 'Ordinary People' goes almost 20 minutes withoutgetting boring or dumb. 'Beautiful Bluebird' sounds like it would have fit well on Harvest Moon. 'Dirty Old Man' is funny. 'The Way' gets a bit hokey at times but otherwise fine. That's all I've gotten to so far. Songs sound they'll work really well live, though.

Marco Antonio Barerra was the one that took Prince to the woodshed, as it were. One of the funnest fights I've ever watched.
-
Where does that conclusion come from?
-
Slug is indeed backed by a full band.
-
Had a pretty good time at the Atmosphere show last night. Mac Lethal never fails to entertain.
-
The handicapped need a band too.

The same people who considered Vietnam "winnable" in 1968 are the same type of people that consider Iraq "winnable" now. For the last year of LBJ's Presidency his Secretary of Defense was Clark Clifford. He came in when McNamara stepped down. Secretary McNamara, one of the Vietnam War's key architects & a cheerleader for the first several years, could no longer hold onto his sanity and claim that Vietnam was 'winnable' at the same time. While Rumsfeld & McNamara are almost eerily similar (right down to the matching glasses & haircut) they difer greatly when it comes from learning from one's mistakes.

January 26, 2008 - Kelly Pavlik vs. John Duddy.

Czech, For post Rust Neil, see my recent 'since 1990' post in the top5 thread. Add 'Freedom' (1989) to that. The 80s were pretty scattered at best for Neil Young. There have also been a few good live recordings released over the last decade and a half.

That was the conventional wisdom in 1968.

Barring a huge scandal she has the nomination. Obama just hasn't showed the desire to fight for it, and that is not something developed overnight.
