Maximum Carnage would be better if it wasn't so GOD DAMN LONG. The game itself looks fantastic while you are playing it, and the first few levels of bashing are great fun, but after a while it gets very tiresome, very fast. However, Captain America is in there, so you just can't hate it. I'm with Dama on this one, I'm going to go downtown tomorrow and pick up Deadly Alliance for the discounted price it's going for these days. UYI

Um, because we have enough god damned 'non-wrestlers' on WWE TV as it is, and this would only worsen the problem. I'm all for Bret coming back for *one night* to give a speech and launch a DVD compilation of his favourite matches, but anything more would only breed resentment for Bret from the fans. See Austin, Steve. UYI Austin is resented by the fans? Then those popcorn vendors must be getting HUGE support because, otherwise, it's Stone Cold getting those cheers. Steve Austin....Mick Foley....Vince McMahon(when he plays a face)......many non-wrestlers have been known to get large pops. Would Bret eventually be resented by the Internet community if he appeared on Raw every week? Probably. Would he be resented by the fan base? You can't say for sure. Foley and Austin are now getting some of the biggest pops on Raw, and they haven't wrestled in months (Foley finally doing it at Mania). I don't think it's a guarantee the fans would get tired of Bret after a few weeks. My apologies, I was not specific enough. By being 'resented' I meant by myself and the rest of the internet community. I used to love Austin myself, in fact I only watched WWF TV in 2001 because of Steve Austin, but since his current return to TV, I've grown to hate him being there more and more. I don't want the same bullshit to happen to Bret Hart, whom I value even more as a wrestling fan. UYI

Don't you get crazy morale problems with that, Flik? Or do you cram everyone into huge 10-Man tag matches or something? I suppose the majority of big stars with charisma are used up in your angles, so you wouldn't hear any complaints from them, but I'd find it a little hard to elevate anyone with only 4 matches going down. Scary, ain't it. In my '98 scenerio, I had a debuting Bret Hart come in and work a program with World Champion Hollywood Hogan, ultimately defeating him for the belt at Superbrawl 8. Thing is, the next night I had an 'nWo gets revenge' angle going where Scott Steiner was granted a title shot by Bischoff. The show was slaughtered by Monday Night RAW. That's the guy, Coff. I also really liked Mortal Kombat 4, unlike most. However, I was greatly disappointed to hear that there was no Cyrax in there whatsoever. Good fun tearing it up as Liu Kang and Fujin though. Also, it's been reported that Noob Saibot is returning to Mortal Kombat in Deception. Seems whomever Sakura sarcasically calls upon to be in the game suddenly appears in the line-up. Conspiracy. UYI

Benoit reversed practically every move I threw at him the other day Overcome with rage, I leapt into Season mode as Triple H and slaughtered everyone in my way until I reached Benoit (who was RAW Champion). A few swift sledgehammer shots later, HHH stood over a bloody Chris Benoit as the World Champion. Ah, vengeance. UYI

I once played War Gods on Nintendo 64. 10 agonizing minutes later, I was ready to take it back to the video store. Hasn't Mortal Kombat III just been announced as another addition to this compilation? I'm sure I saw that over at MKOnline. Either way, two Mortal Kombats on one disc is enough for me to buy it. UYI

What shit me about MK4 is that the head-badass was a carbon copy of Shang, possessing even his shapeshifting abilities. I thought that was a big cop out, and for an almighty being he sure was fucking piss easy to take down. Sakura - Didn't Ed Boon give an interview where he said that in the early versions of Mortal Kombat there was a bug within the game that brought about Ermac? Maybe I'm not getting my story straight, but I could of sworn I've read something such as that. UYI

Anyone else think that Sub-Zero is looking very Super-Shredder-ish? I'm all for Ermac making a return, I really liked using him in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and with all the history he has with the series (being the 'Error Macro' issue from MKI etc.) I think it is a good idea to include him. However, I don't buy this game unless Cyrax is in there, so they haven't impressed me enough just yet. UYI
