His time has come, where he has to realize that he is no longer NEEDED on WWE TV. He should continue his career in the office, where he will later finish it. But who should replace JR is the question? This all reminds me of when Johnny decided to retire from the Tonight Show, and everyone was wondering who was gonna stand up to the challenge. Who was gonna be good enough to replace a legend. Not saying that JR is actually a 'legend', but he was great at one time. But that time is over.
