Okay buit seriously, I have never understood people cheering for the demise of shows they don't watch anyway.
I said I don't watch FOX. I get the Simpsons on an "affiliate" channel out of Toronto. Obviously I watch the Simpsons seeing as I know how god-awful it's been for the past few years. It's begging to be cancelled, IMO.

Def Jam sequel now fighting for New YorkEA gives the follow-up to Def Jam Vendetta a new handle.
While the game remains the same, the sequel to Def Jam Vendetta will have a new handle. In today's news-rich Electronic Arts conference call, the publisher said the follow-up to the best-selling rapper-wrestling game will now go by the street name of...Def Jam: Fight for New York. No new details were given about the renamed game, which is being developed by EA Canada.
Def Jam: Fight for New York will see players assuming the role of a ruthless NYC street fighter battling for control of the hip-hop underground. The game boasts an all-new fighting engine that allows players to customize multiple fighting styles as they progress through the game. More than 70 characters will be featured in Def Jam: Fight for New York, including more than 35 hip-hop personalities, such as Busta Rhymes, Lil' Kim, Ludacris, Method Man, Redman, Slick Rick, Snoop Dogg, and Carmen Electra.

Feh, book first or not, remakes don't bother me any more. I don't have to see them, nor do I care which one "movie-noobs" see first/consider the best. So, who the fuck cares? Not I.

It still looks like a rubber suit. I was hoping for material like the Spider-Man movie costume.
Can't tell, really, but hopefully they followed through and ditched the ultra-retarded "molded muscle" look of the suit like they said they were going to.

- Triple H was originally scheduled to begin shooting his new movie this month, however due to the departures of Steve Austin, Brock Lesnar and even Goldberg, WWE and Triple H have agreed to keep him on television a little longer to try and get some new stars over as quickly as possible. The plans are now to shoot the movie in July, with a potential Benoit/HHH main-event at Summerslam.
- The new Hirohito character that has been alluded to on RAW will be for Kenzo Suzuki. Based on the vignette that aired, there are some people in Japan who feel that this angle will backfire huge to the point where WWE may not be able to return to Japan since it could potentially offend some Japanese right wing politicians who will feel that it is mocking Emperor Hirohito. The plan currently is for Hirohito to debut on the 5/10 RAW from San Jose, and there are also some plans to have him accompanied by a bodyguard. According to sources, the company has contacted “one of the bigger stars in industry for the role.”
- Currently WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero is apparently ‘physically banged up’. However, since he is the WWE Champion and one of the top guys on the Smackdown! Brand, he won’t be taking any time off.
