Wow, is he a full fledged member of the Westboro Baptist Church too? Fucking bigots...
"Queering doesn't make the world work!"
It's been well known for a long time that Warrior isn't a big fan of gay people.
Forgive me for not keeping up to date on the important topic of what Jim Helwig has to say about the world.
Oh for fuck's sake. I had a theory, thats all. So it was lame. Big deal. Can nobody let things go here?!
You didn't have a theory. You were being a fucking moron. Which is no suprise, I mean, we should be used to that by now, right?
To see Batman talk in a thread about the death of an actor who was going to play the Joker isn't much of a stretch. I'd wager that it's probably the one Heath Ledger film that the majority of people on this board would want to see.
I agree with the premise that it's stupid to have Shinsuke on Xplosion against someone like Skipper... but what have you seen of Tiger Mask 4 that makes him a horrible worker in your eyes?
Mary Kate .... WTF?!?!
Yeah pills were there. I'm just saying that whenever a celeb dies, the thought is, usually, drugs or alcohol or partying. Pills could've been someone else's for all we know - or sleeping pills - or a plant by some killer. My theory is a serial killer; too many coincidences between Heaths' death and Renfro's.
Stop it.
Re: Douche paps = I get it. Sorry I'm out of it today.
Re: verbal blowjobs - I think it's more this way as people are upset to see a potentially great career cut so short. Sure he's not all of those actors combined, but he's showed the potential to become one when it was all said and done.
In this case, most likely - as sad as it is to assume that, it's probably true.. But he also could've had a condition. Working at a hospital, I've seen a few under 20 go down from heart failure in recent years. =\
I will definitely watch this now that I see Curry Man is on the show. I know I know we could see Daniels anytime.. but the Curry Man gimmick is fucking great!
Also - I thought Nakamura was supposed to be working these tapings as well? Maybe it'll be a backstage thing..
I know of lots of fans of that genre who love those same movies that you say "you don't see anyone calling those films great or good" about.
What, does something have to be universally popular and accepted by the masses to be a great film in your eyes? Does it have to worthy of some pretentious award like an Oscar to be a great film? Does it need to be Citizen Kane or The Notebook or The Ten Commandments something?
And as far as inane chatter goes.. That means nothing. See Coffee & Cigarettes. That entire movie is inane chatter, but it was still great.
Whatever. I'm no cock-monkey for Taratino but I'm pretty sure the fact that he was greenlit for this gives him free pass to make any kind of film he wants - just like any other filmmaker out there in the same position.
I'm also pretty sure that you don't understand the concept or the genre that Death Proof was built from - otherwise you'd understand that those movies were also filled with horrible acting, ridiculous dialogue, etc. You don't HAVE to like it - but calling it a fucking disgrace has to be the biggest misuse of hyperbole I've seen on this board in quite some time.
