Bought the set on release day, and watched all the episodes in a little more than a day. One of the best shows ever. I'd see an AD movie in a second.

As good as it is to have the start of a tag division, there's seemingly no cruiserweight division now. London, Kendrick, Noble, and Kash all seem preoccupied in the tag division, leaving only Funaki, Scotty 2 Hotty, and the Mexicools (who are off TV anyway) for Helms to defend against. When's the last time it was defended anyway? I want to say long before GAB.

Kidman vs. Malenko in the "Catch as catch can" match from Souled Out 2000 (?). Every match on the undercard for the Rumble 04 except HHH-HBK, although Brock-Holly was understandable. Being there live, everyone in my section was confused when the table match ended after one table bump in 4 minutes. They hadn't announced the one out rule prior.

Doesn't look spectacular or anything, but looks decent enough... which should make it about 100 times better than this week's Raw. I don't mind Kennedy getting the US Title, but I would've preferred to see Finlay and Lashley have a true blowoff to their feud where Lashley finally regains his title.

Forget that Edge lost TLC III on Smackdown with Benoit & Jericho...

I just ordered 24/7 today. I'm watching the Monday Night War for 9/16/96 right now... Glacier promo is on during Nitro. So far my only complaint is the music editing. Watching Summerslam 96, the Godwinns' music is edited to the generic barnyard music. Nothing huge, just a minor annoyance I can live with.

I just made one of my once a week trips to WWE.com and saw the headline. Wow, is all I can say. It really seemed like WWE would let Angle kill himself in the ring before they released him. I am disappointed that I won't get to see him at the ECW house show I'm going to in 2 weeks, though. At least Mike Knox will be there...

I think the Naturals/Douglas mentor storyline sucks. The Christian/Rhino promo was really good. I was actually expecting Rhino to turn his back after his chance to hit Christian, and then for Christian to attack him from behind. I thought it was really well-done, though. Main event was decent. But why was Daniels fighting in a button-down shirt? At least Styles had the street fight jeans, taping, and cut t-shirt.

Actually, wasn't she the very first person shown on ECW tv? Nah, that was week two.

I'd say the show gets about 7/10 from me. Really, the only black marks on the show I'd say would be the DX match and Book-Batista. The latter wasn't that bad, but the lame DQ ruins it. The first half of the show was great, though, with Foley-Flair easily taking MOTN. Rey-Chavo was good, but not up to GAB 2004 standards.

I don't think Sharmell harmed Batista.
