I know for sure that CM Punk got all of that waived because he's a bigger star everywhere else than he is in TNA...so they let him retain free reign over everything. Again...even if they can...I don't think they will. If AJ STyles wants to work RoH...TNA isn't going to tell him not to.

No they won't do that...and I don't think they even can do that. The purpose of the contracts was to prevent anyone from going to WWE. TNA isn't going to upset their own guys by telling them what to do in this situation.
