It would be much better this time around IMO. That was HBK's like...third match back...and his first non-gimmick match. The problem is...there is a way to turn RVD heel (there's always a way to turn someone who's over solely based on a connection with fans heel) but they won't put the effort or time forth to make it work. I'm sure HBK could rangle a good match out of Van Dam. Anyone who plays up his strengths can.

Well...the World title he's chasing is basically like the title John Ruiz held while Lennox Lewis held his version. They'll call you champ...but deep down inside...you'll know.

Even if any of the three movies were good (which...they were not) they still shouldn't win best picture. Other movies have to have a beginning, middle and end and tell a story. Give it some stupid "special" award.

I forgot Bret Hart, because as we all know...he killed WCW.

I think they could survive his exit if he retires and Klitschko wins the belt. People think he's the uncrowned champion anyway...and it'll really look like Lewis ducked him (which...he would have done)

Booker T if you count winning the WCW titlke over again under the WWE...which is basically the same as HHH's title.

He was a draw in WCW. He didn't talk there either. And when he did...it was ALOT worse than Benoit. No one can draw in WWE, because at the end of the show...The McMahons are the only stars.

Well...HHH's loses crowd reaction right after his ridiculous enterance. That doesn't stop him from keeping the title for 10 months or so out of the year.

In theory JR and Tazz called the match. In reality JR hasn't called a match since the turn of the century

Maybe the crowd is busy listening to Randy Orton's enterance and matches as well.

The LMS match was only a minute and a half shorter than the first 4 matches combined...and it didn't have a finish

Good god. I guess this is proof that there is at least one non-smark that watches the show. Color me surprised.

If the story of him outlasting 29 other people for over an hour, including eliminating the Big Show which no one else could do (even with 5 people trying) isn't enough to get accross his characters desire to win... then I fail to see how a string of words delivered by the greatest speaker who ever lived is going to change that. Take the baseless hatred elsewhere. We're all stocked up here.

Promo skills are overrated. Always have been and always will be. I understood every word he said...that's good enough for me. Deliver your message, then go wrestle. I'm sick of this era of wrestling, where you need a 20 minute promo to tell a story. Stories are told in the fucking ring. If you need to talk for 20 minutes to get people to care about you...you aren't a very good wrestler.

I've logged enough time watching Antique's Road Show and Trading Spaces to force her to watch Firefly! Actually...she liked it anyway.

I don't know about him...but I've seen every ep at least 3 times (then with commentary for those that have them)...and I've watched Out of Gas probably 5 times. That's a result of watching them the first time through when I got them, then once again with my girlfriend, then again with my best friend.

I'd really like to see Danielson vs. Homicide. Make it so.

They probably would. February is a SD! ppv month...so I could see them doing it. But it just seems like the HIAC should be something used sparingly and on ppv to me.
