Well, since they cut the budget for the promject so much, no wonder why it came out so half assed.

That would be easy. Have him lose the first match due to Chavo cheating, heel beat down afterwards, reveal it's London and go from there.

I did too, but it was there advertised big dealy was on the OC.

Update On Future Of Steve Austin In The WWE
Steviekick replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
I bet Vince is mad he couldn't pull off Gberg/Austin. -
I love watching Detroit play, but it was painful to watch. Man, Detroit/Bucks series hasn't been boring nor painful to watch! Hornets and Heat have yet to get my attention over 5 minutes though. I meant painful as in the way that Detroit has pretty much dominated Milwaukee's game play.

That is the key match up. The series will definitely go 6-7 games.

"My Philosophy" would definitely go well with your play list. It has a really cool soul sounding beat.
-
Yeah. That was its world premier. Anything is better than their anti-war song they put out last spring.

The closest I ever came to telemarketing was being forced to volunteer at a campaign office for my Political Communication class. 10 hours of pure hell.

Rodman and Hogan won vs. DDP and Malone, but they lost against DDP and Jay Leno not too long after Hogan lost the World title to Goldberg. It was funny after the match seeing Malone flip out and diamondcut the ref.

Why would anyone want to buy a CD that features three versions of the same song?

I know. I watched the 4th quarter of the last Heat/Hornets game and cringed.

Ghostface Killah's "Supreme Clientele". I love how the whole album uses an intro, outro, and interludes from an old Iron Man cartoon.

Same hear. Can't beat the combination of good build up, the wrestler's thoughts, and unclipped matches.

I have a confession to make to you all.
Steviekick replied to Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye's topic in Music
There's nothing confession-worthy about "Milkshake". It was very well produced and had a great beat thanks to it being done by the Neptunes. -
It's funny cause it's true. Most of his angles/feuds are built around the fact that he is there.

I can explain this one to you. Batman and the league have semi-forgived Hal for going nuts. After he died, they all came out to honor him. In the current Spectre series, they had an issue which would make me to believe that they would be on some sort of speaking terms. The story involved Hal's niece who he has custody of. Aside from his spiritual duties, he has also wound up taking care of her and she lives in his lair. I forget what the exact reason was, but the JLA at the persistence of Green Arrow came to visit her for her birthday, as he felt really bad because her parents were killed off and has no living relatives (having your uncle serve as the wrath of God doesn't count). Anyway the whole JLA was there and it was a nice throwaway story. Every one of the JLA members had an appropriate gift for the girl based on themselves, and the main present was a set of dolls of the classic league, with Hal as the Green Lantern.

It's to late in Kukoc's career and to late in Hinrich's to be included on this list.

I think Hornacek or Stockton are the next logical choice for Utah. Sloan's getting up there age wise and his wife is battling cancer for a second time. As much as it would make me sad to see Sloan leave, his family take preference over basketball. The problem is that the cultlike mentality of us Jazz fans is that we'll be totally harsh on anyone who comes to replace Sloan. Bringing in a beloved vet would appease us. I'd take Horn any day as coach, but I just wonder how brilliant Stockton would be.

Good for Doc. I was angered about how he got shafted in Orlando and I'm happy to see him working again.

I love watching Detroit play, but it was painful to watch. The problem with the Heat/Hornets is that neither team is special, and you know the winner will just get clobbered in the next round.

We wouldn't want to get picked on again for knowing all the nuances of our genre's family tree. For simplicty's sake, metal would go under the rock umbrella. Laz is right about the blues influence in early metal, but early rock was very blues influenced as well. This can all be fixed by splitting apart the jazz/blues/funk option. Stick jazz by itself, combine blues/rock/metal, and move funk over with r&b/soul. Personally, I chose rock as my primary influence. For arguments sake, couldn't you move the whole punk family under pop? The early American punk scene (the whole New York CBGB's scene in the mid/late 70s) was lead by the Ramones, who basically took classic pop song structure and just spead it up and dumbed down the musicianship, and the Talking Heads, who took traditional pop and just weirded it out as much as possible. The other thing is that you could argue that you could move the whole hip hop umbrella under rock. Many of the early DJ's were cutting up all kinds of different records, but THE record to use to steal a beat off of was Queen's "Another One Bites The Dust." Even more tangible, the first rap act to break through, get mainstream attention, and establish the genre was Run DMC. Many of their instrumentals have strong rock influence.
