Peja's a good player, but I really don't think much of him aside from his shooting.
-
That was a switch-and-bait like headline. I thought this thread would be a really disturbing story or something.

I voted other, for AK47. He's the most versatile white player in the NBA. Kirielenko is insanely talented.

Yeah. Callis worked too hard shilling that whole angle. It's just a shame that they actually went with that as long as they did.

It's called the Bottom's Up...it's kind of like a top rope rocker dropper.

Where/how did the rumor about the board closing start?

Callis and Styles were great together. I loved how Callis would just ding at him the whole time and challenge everything Styles said.

They don't care anymore. The worst part of it all is that it's nowhere near as bad as Marvel is right now. How are they as bad as Marvel? Marvel's storylines has been self-contained for the most part. I don't remember the last time that had a crossover this bad. Because EVERY Marvel storyline must be at least like six parts. And could easily be told in two. I will agree with you that some of the pacing in Marvel books, particularly the Ultimate line, is a little stretched. The good thing is that for Marvel's arcs are usually title contained. But pulling off a ridiculously long, multiple book crossover is just annoying.

I thought London did a good job at hiding himself, as far as how he bumped and did what little offensive moves he did. I wasn't upset by it. It makes sense...they were going to pay him for being there anyway, so why not actually use him.

That was my NBA quote of the day.

Joey Styles and DDP would be a great commentary team.

This has to be one of the quicker bannings in these parts.

I can't imagine Hurricane jamming to some rap. Actually, Hurricane is all about the rap music.

Now I remember why I don't post in this stupid. Nevermind

I just wanted to call everyone's attention to something that they may or may not have been aware of. According to the main page, someone is celebrating their birthday today. Happy 44th Birthday, Abobo!

Well, you would too if being managed by TEDDY LONG was getting you nowhere

Same here. And emotionally stable Victoria has led to less Stevie TV time, and that makes me mad.

who is a Minnesotie just like MOLLY

I like Soilent Green, but I really have to be in the mood to listen to them. They are on a few compilations that I have, but I don't necessarily feel that I should buy a full length of their's.

Agreed. It's really sad that they were banking on Mr. America bringing in more money than whatever the current WWE Title feud was at the time.
-
I imagine that he would only be doing this one time. I am sure the only reason the WWE wants to do so is so that they could really boost their attendance if Funk was there. Anything that will help them. From Beyond the Mat, it seems like Funk is a minor deity in Amarillo.

It's crap like this that annoys me. The story sound interesting, but they could have done a year long story arc in one of the Batman family titles.

I wouldn't call for Frigid's banning just yet. He should consider this a friendly confrontation...

That was great. I miss Barkley playing basketball immensely, but I really like watching him on TNT.

That's the same thing I'm feeling. Marbury is yet to develop the ability to totally take over a game. Yeah this is just really hurting me right now. I think we can get back into this if Marbury plays like Marbury. I still think he was in the act of shooting at the end of the game but that is a whole different story. Thanks. I remember a Jazz/Suns game with the same type of ending a few seasons back, with Karl Malone being fouled outside the three pt. line, but that time it was less clear to his intent when compared to Marbury, who really looked like he was trying to shoot the three. Anyway, Marbury not connecting sucked. At least if they lost by one I might have been slightly happier. I'm no fan of the Nets and their conduct in this series is really making me hate them more and more. Especially how Richard Jefferson was just holding the ball over his head for the last second of the game...it came across looking really immature and childish.
